This is a great wig. I haven't experienced any shedding. I have a 23.5 circumference head. The wig fits like a standard wig. I've worn it for over a week and it's kept its integrity. I only had to use my fingers to detangle the hair at the nape of my neck. I will use flex rods when need be. Whats really refreshing is the texture. Its organic looking. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. I have no problem putting my review up here again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. Also the wig looks like its missing hair in the front. Its clearly visible that this is a wig. Stick with buying at your local beauty stores. I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. Very pleased with the quality of the wig especially for the price $25. I usually buy preplucked lacefronts at around $60 and so this is a great beautiful wig for learning customizing even though it doesn’t need tons but if your a novice at that like me. It’s very light weight on my head. The density and hair thickness are perfect for believeable daily wear. Now it’s synthetic shiny so it definitely needs dry shampoo. Optional foundation for the hairline and optional plucking but the hairline looks pretty darn good without it so that’s just to up it a notch to believability. I’ve enclosed pics straight from out of the box to display OP430 in natural lighting. I bought 4 packs of black and 1 pack of the deep wine, but since I have my sides and back shaved then of course I have plenty of locs left over (and I'm glad that I do). Usually I'll do my faux locs myself by starting with Senegalese twists then by rapping them which, of course, would take forever so this was my first using crochet locs. They are definitely springy, but beware because if they get tugged at the ends on accident then they will just hang and not spring back. I already had to cut some ends because of such actions. Also, I noticed some were not made as well as others, so make sure you get an extra pack. Some were "puffy" so my hair isn't hiding as well as it should be (I did individual crocheting). I do love the look though but removed a star based of said flaws. I took another star off because the website was being glitchy. I used the website via my phone and when trying to add stuff other than the locs, my whole cart would be emptied. It did this several times, so I just gave up and only purchased the locs. When I went to purchase the locs, the total jumped by $1, which is no big deal because it was just a dollar but the fact that it jumped like that concerned me. But at the end of the day, I would recommend and use this hair again. It did get frizzy and snaggy the second day but nothing major yet. Also, I noticed the deep wine holds up better than the black. The only way this wig could be any better was if it just lasted a tad longer and if the curl pattern never fell. It looks more realistic as the curls fall, but it dries at the ends and will eventually need to be straightened, perhaps trimmed or cut and then converted to bun or workout hair. In the meantime though, you get MAD compliments – many people don't even realize its not my bio hair. I wear it regularly in 1B and recently switched to OP61327 (613 Platinum blonde ombre with 1B roots and strategically placed 27 and/or 30 for dimension and shine). I absolutely love it – I'm a whole different person. Only thing that Freetress could offer any better was if this colour came in Karissa's length and density. This is a great beginners lace front wig! I am not a wig wearer but saw this on an IG page and tried for moths to order and finally caught it in stock! It is easy to install and looks very similar to my natural hair blown out and flat ironed just fuller which is why I like it! The wig cap is large so it will fit larger heads, which is bit of a con for me. I wig horizontally is too large or too long for my head so the lace on each side covers my ears. (I don't believe I have a small head). If I tuck it behind it is rather uncomfortable even after adjusting the clips and band adjuster inside the cap. I tried curling the hair at 400 degrees and it straightened it instead, could be user error though. Overall, the wig looks and feels great for the price. I'm not sure if the wig could be washed but for the price it may not be worth washing when you can just buy a new one! It is not an everyday wig if you are a newbie at wearing wigs. It can become quite uncomfortable after a few hours. I've looked everywhere for the perfect salt and pepper wig. After watching numerous reviews on outre's revamping of the Neesha I decided I would have to color my hair to match the units til I found the ffmidnight gray that matches my hair perfectly. My own mother thought I had gotten my hair "done". Beautiful and believable. No one who knows me would ever think it was anything other than my natural hair. This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. it’s so soft and silky, really long and as for now there’s been no tangling or shedding. doesn’t shine like at all (or not that much) and feels and looks like human hair. this is how it look straight out of the box🤯 the color #4 looks so natural it literally looks like it’s my real hair, growing out of my scalp. it’s literally giving. my only problem is that it is kinda tight?? i’ll braid my hair later and will put her on, i’ll say how it goes.Stephanie M.
My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I’ve worn real hair for years, so I’ve found that stying synthetic hair is a little different, but this Swiss lace turned out to be easy to work with & melt just fine. Hair is shedding as I unpack it from original package. Ends and curls are frizzy and does not look as shown on website. I called I was told it will cost me about $10 to exchange. Why? Merchandise is of poor quality, cut-throat customer service. I am not happy and can't wear this wig. I refuse to exchange for a fee. The color was nice on this wig, but I could not see how it would really look on me. I ordered the other mixed colored one, as well. I had to leave the cardboard attached. Well wasted my money yet again. The photo looks like a nice short wig. Once i opened it. there as a dead bug right on the top. This wig is awful! I wanted a wig that looks like natural hair and on that point, the wig wins. Sadly, there are no other wins for it. The lace is extremely poor quality because there is no way to camouflage it. I used powder, I used concealer, I used my liquid foundation but nothing works. I wore the wig and was very embarrassed because you could see the lace at the center of my hairline. No amount of products used would hide it. Also, the hair gets puffy! The couple of times I wore it, by the end of the day, it was 'big'. I put product in it a couple of times to calm it down, but that did not seem to help. This purchase was an epic fail!! The wig I got came with a huge bald spot in the front. When I tried to return it for an exchange, I was told it wasn’t in new/unused condition. The only thing I did was take the wig out of the box and I still had the two cardboard pieces that cane in the box all of which I shipped back. This is the WORST service I have ever received from an online store. It obvious that customers actually being able to use the product that they payed $40 of their money for isn’t a concern to this company. The hair is nice and soft. It's very loose curls so not as tight as the picture but still good. I did a sew down with it so will see how long it last. The only thing I do not like about this wig is that there is very little space to change the parting so you are basically stock with the same part line. Overall it's good hair, the band are tight fitting to the point you honestly don't need to pin it down or do anything and it will stay put. Will buy again in a different color.Abby

Since this wig was on sale, I cannot return it. The unfortunate thing is that I did opt for calling the help desk, pointing out that one reviewer stated that the wig was “much darker” than the picture. That reviewer was right! The wig is much darker; in fact, the back is absolutely black. The blond/light color pieces are very minimal. Extremely disappointed! Since the help desk doesn’t actually have product information, why are they there? Why did she tell me “the other reviewer probably ordered the wrong wig.” Not so! I have chin length, silver-gray hair with a medium curl, and got this wig in the gradient gray color to wear when I am having a bad hair day, so it would match as closely as I could get it. That lace front edge is sooo realistic looking, people won't be able to tell it's a wig at all! The variation in colors also make it look very realistic. The overall cap size is very generous, so I don't feel I have to tug on it. Feels very secure. It came pretty tightly curled and squashed, but I gave it a good brushing with a very wide toothed brush, and a good shake, and it's perfect! I am over the moon about this wig! I was excited in anticipation of receiving this wig as I am currently undergoing chemotherapy and have been looking for cute & affordable wigs to wear during this time. While the style of this wig is very nice/cute, I was very disappointed with the color. I ordered Golden Brown/Auburn Highlights. I expected a lighter shade of brown with red/auburn highlights; however, the wig received looked like a very dark brown with golden blonde highlights. I returned the wig thinking the wrong color wig was packed in the box. I received the replacement wig and discovered the same issue…wig color was a very dark brown (not golden brown) with golden blonde highlights (no where resembling red/auburn highlights). Thus, the reason I gave this review 2 stars. I have returned both wigs for a refund.
