I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. I've played around with a few styles, staying mostly with bobs, which was close to my hairstyle before chemo and I was comfortable with. I watched many reviews on this wig on YouTube and it looked too good to be true. Well let me tell you, this is the best synthetic blend wig that I have ever purchased. The invisible lace is easily customizable with the right tone wig cap or the foundation method. The realistic hair line that comes pre plucked is done so well people cant beleive its a wig! The parting space is amazing, wide and deep giving you so many versatile looks while remaining realistic. If I can point out any cons it would be that you will have to secure the ear tabs down otherwise they will lift up whenever you flip your hair or the wind blows. The ear tabs do actually come ear to ear. The hair tends to easily get tangles as it is a curly synthetic but nothing you cant manage. I recommend treating each ringlet grouping as a stand slone and comb through one at a time, it really comes out beautifully and can look brand new every time. I also find that a little hair product helps keep the frizz at bay. Other than that this wig is top notch and can definitely last you a while with proper care. I get so many compliments and "thats a wig" comments that even with the slight cons it still gets a 5 star rating. I will be ordering this wig again!Angel W.

This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Overall I love this wig! It is giving me life! I purchased this wig in a 1b and I purchased it for $79.99. #1 thing i love about this wig is that I can slap it on my head without combing it or having to style it. It does come with baby hair in the front that was too long for my liking so I had to cut it a little bit. It comes with a 4×4 swiss lace but thing i hate about that is that the parting stop short and then the sides of the wig are just clumped together without the parting space of each box braid, making it look a little wigish but of course you can hide it. Another thing about this unit is that it's braided most of the way down but then afterwards it is twisted at the ends. You can seal the ends with hot water not not required. I would give this unit 5 stars but due to how the parting stops on the side and the way the braids are clumped together, that was a little bit of a disappointment. I hate getting my hair braided but I love the styles, so this unit was right up my alley. Quick shipping overseas. The parting space is less than 4×4. The hair is not thick/dense enough for the top knot that the model is wearing. Cap is tight enough on my big head so no need to glue down for me. Smaller heads will need gel/glue. The baby hairs are also very long and need shaving down before tweezing. Despite the flaws I'm going to make this work. It is a beautiful unit and I'm glad I got one before they sold out. I hope to get the loc'ed version when it's restocked. This is going to be my vacation hair.
I used to worry that because I have fine hair I would not never be able to get SENEGALESE twists but this wig completely resolved my issue and it exceeded my expectations. I own about 5 of these wigs from work mode brown to night out purple and I love them. No cap needed, at least for me. I use a wig grip, and no glue. The cap itself is adjustable and it has combs in it to hold in place. Even with some of the Wild colors, people have asked where I get my hair done. And you can't beat the price. I had purchased this wig off of amazon, I was a little upset that it was labeled a “Lace Front” because when it arrived it was not. BUT the quality is more than amazing, you could easily play around with the part a little bit pluck out some hair around the hair line, give it a trim whatever you please!! The length is perfect, one thing I will say is it does shed a bit which is normal with synthetic wigs. It says you can use LOW heat but when I tried freshening up some curls it wouldn’t curl at all. I have bought a couple different wigs from this brand. The hair feels nice but I have not gotten lace front wigs from them. I have gotten their simulated scalp which is apparently supposed to look natural but it definitely does not. I will probably order from them again but I would have to read the reviews and pay close attention because I think sometimes the advertising can be a little unclear as to whether they are lace fronts or not. Raquel Welch wigs are my favorite. The quality is unsurpassed. The lace fronts are impeccable and so comfortable (not itchy like some can be). The velcro adjustable straps are the best kind (they actually work) so you don't have to worry much about size. I have a 21 1/2" circumference and although I have to tighten some…they fit nicely and are comfortable. The reasons I like this wig is because she is not to thick or too thin. She is not too poofy nor is she still has nice body and gentle waves that I love. The style is beautiful and feminine. She is long but not too long. The color I have sent in the picture is SS613 also called SS Platinum which is great if you're really craving that ultra blonde look. I also have R25, Ginger Blonde which is less shiny but not as soft but a little more realistic looking. I also bought two in SS 15/24, SS Champagne which is my favorite. If I didn't love wigs so much I would probably just wear that one everyday and be done with it. SS 15/24 is what I would call a basic blonde. It is not ashy. If you like a more ashy blonde I would recommend SS 14/88 Golden Wheat which i have in a different style but it's too ashy for me. If the front pieces of Miles of Style fall in your face you can just part those front pieces to the middle even though its a mono part. When I do this they stay out of my face. Since its such a realistic lace front I also like to pull a piece up and braid it and pin it back…so cute!!! Sorry for going on but one more thing is the price is great…it's only a mono part but this works great for me as I always part my hair there anyway.
This is now my go to wig. No one's lace front wigs are as good as those made by Rachel Welch. So realistic. This wig doesn't have too much hair nor too shiny. It does look like beautiful hair and that makes it hard to believe it's real…but other than that…it looks realistic. The cap is a little large for me. I am a petite woman with a small head so I have this problem all of the time but I can tighten down enough to stay secure and still look good. I'll buy it again.
Miles of Style in SS12/20 Shaded Toast is a nice color, and I have to try to like the idea of going lighter to keep it. I don't like all the hilight concentration framing the face. Also instead of roots at the temple and earstabs… you get very blond hair coming from the root. It just was not thought out well. The fiber is fine, somewhat dry, and very realistic. Minimal shine in comparison with thicker hair fibers. Whispy hairs give realistic look. The cap with the silicone has malfunction because it does not stretch right from forehead to nape.. it comes up short. This just seems like a mistake that the manufacturer made when creating this cap for this style. Because of this malfunction, it seems loose. In order to keep it from slipping, you need to use clips at the nape and near the temples if you have hair. Another color might work better…. but this is the closest color that I can possibly, possibly work with.Janna

I have this wig in the colour R6/28 F which is chestnut brown with red frost. I would say that the highlights look more blond/golden than I expected but looks good either way since they are evenly divided throughout. The fibers are smooth with fine density. A little shiny, but not too much. The wig is cut in layers that gives a lift to the face and a feminine shape. The length is practical with the longest locks in front and short hair in the neck. It would be a good to idea to ruffle the middle part a bit as the zigzag middle part may seem a little too perfect. I generally like that the hair color is not in one color/solid as it can make it clearer that it is a wig by giving a clearer contrast to the face – especially with light skin tone. The lace front presses a little into the forehead and there could have been a larger amount of hair. If you are completely bare for your own hair, then this lace front can give away that it isn’t your own hair line – but then again, this can be improved by changing the middle parting. The cap is comfortable. Overall good value and a safe choice straight out of the box.Kristin
my new Avalon wig is a disappointment. I loved it when I first got it, but she tangles constantly. It's much more excessive than the normal tangle. I noticed the density is lighter than the Avalon from a few years ago. I'm not sure if they changed the fiber itself, or if I got a dud. The nape on most wigs tangle and you have to use the wide tooth comb and detangling spray throughout the day. This wig is in a constant state of matting and tangles at the nape, and even the outside portion of the sides and back that do not touch clothes are just constantly tangling, the fibers are also looking frizzy very quickly, not something that usually happens on the parts of the synthetic wigs that don't come in contact with clothes. I can't return it, I already cut out the tags and adjusters, I am just surprised that this is happening this quickly on this wig. I know my Finns in Americano and Toffee Latte wore out at the bottom sooner than the normal colors, I figured it was due to the hand painted colors at the end, when I had my MacKenzie in 8/12 those fibers lasted. That's why I chose a regular color on Avalon I figured it would have been better than the coffee collection colors. But this wig is not holding up. I did at the suggestion of Amy @ wigstudio1 try a conditioning treatment, I used the Estetica conditioner and the Bamboo Silicon and the fibers still look matted, frizzy and almost like the fibers were razored. I've only had this wig less than 2 weeks. Most synthetics last substantially longer for months and years.cecelia g.
I had originally purchased Orchid in Iced Mocha, but that color was on back order until the end of May, so I went with Caramel Kiss. It’s not the perfect color for me, as I prefer cooler tones, but she’s absolutely STUNNING! The only thing I really struggle with about the color is the one harsh and chunky blonde streak towards the front. Everywhere else, the colors are beautifully and lightly streaked and blend very well. I lean more to a petite size, so she does shift if I don’t use “It Stays,” even with tightening the straps. I also wish the permatease wasn’t so thick at the temples. Her movement is flawless and she looks very natural. Although, the knotting at the hairline is a bit thick and very dark. I did carefully pluck a little and feel better about the lace front, now. The length is perfect for me as it’s the length I’m used to wearing with my bio hair (until I recently cut it to fit better under wigs). She’s my first wig, with Heat by Jon Renau being my second. So, we’re still getting acquainted. But, the more I reach for her, the more comfortable I’m becoming wearing her. I’ve been suffering hair loss for ten years since having a radical hysterectomy due to uterine cancer. So, to have a thick and healthy head of hair, via wigs, has been a wonderful experience. I like the cut and color (Oyster) of this wig. It's easy to wear (once my stylist trimmed the bangs away from my face). The lace front however, has dark spots that are visible to others in daylight. Therefore, I'm wearing this one at night only. FYI, I recently bought a Raquel Welch Classic Cool (in R61 Palest Pearl) too, and its lace front does not have that problem.Olivia B.
This adorable bob is so fun and perfect for summer. It's my first blonde wig so I decided to try the 12FS8 Shaded Praline. I usually wear brunette colors and the dark root is a easy way to transition to the blondes! Ignite is SO SOFT the HD fibers are beautiful and not as much shine as the regular synthetic fibers. I have not used any heat on her yet because the cut is so perfect the way it is. Ear tabs are a little short on me and this only matters because I have a shaved head so I like the coverage, but the style frames the face in a great way that it works. The cap construction all in all is comfortable and cool to wear. I want to get Ignite in more colors because it is just so cute! Highly recommend it!Joanna A.
