I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. They were too small to cover a grown person's head (I can easily wear child sized hats, and this did not fit me). I sent back for several different reasons for an exchange. It was to blonde and didn’t have the beautiful red color popping out that I loved, so I sent back to get a different color. The top was to flat and didn’t look like it was made right (the parting in the middle) I couldn’t get it to flip over to the other side since I assumed I should have been able to do. It wasn’t cut as shown in the picture. One side in the front as well as the back was way longer than the other side. I tried a couple other wigs and they had too much hair for my small face and head. I saw this brand new style and it looked so cute and a lot shorter, and I so hoped it would fit my head and face. When I received it I took it out of the box and I immediately saw that the amount of hair was way less than other wigs I'd tried (Beach Mono and Violet). I tried it on and it wouldn't cover my side hairline. I thought I could work with the curls, which were wavy and soft, but the more I looked at myself, the more I realized that the wig cap just was not large enough. I even went to the internet and looked at ways to make a cap larger, and then kicked myself and said, "she just doesn't deserve all that cutting and most likely ruining!" I would suggest that you go by the true petite sizing if you want to try her. Also, ordered this in Bernstein Rooted which I must add is more blonde than brown. I wasn't prepared to go to such a drastic color change. Since the color swatch shows mostly light brown, the amount of blonde was a surpose. Sadly I had to return her. Your staff was so helpful. My biggest problem with ordering wigs is choosing colors that don’t look anything like the samples. Really?? I ordered Hot Mocca Rooted with light auburn blend and there is nothing auburn about it. It’s so frustrating when the color you get doesn’t come even close to what the sample shows . Very disappointed! Sending another back!🙁Susan W.
I needed to return the Flair Mono wig because the lace front had a lot of dark knots and there was hair poking up at the top of the wig. Very disappointing because I liked the style of the wig but did not keep it because I did not believe I should have to accept that low quality for the price I was paying for the wig.

I just opened the Baba wig I had bought a few weeks ago and was very disappointed. The left side was a matted mess and a large portion of the back had undefined locks with the loose hair all over. The back was also cropped much shorter than the previous one thus giving a completely different look. Lastly, the hair is shedding badly. This was a bad purchase. I got the DT4Gold and it's bold and colorful and fabulous and so natural looking! Like this is what my hair would look like if it locked or had finger coil starter locs. I'm not sure if it's a half wig or no but I've worn it for weeks with zero leave out. It looks great. I've gotten so many compliments, from co-worker and complete strangers. Looks absolutely nothing like the photo in your catalog. Nothing like what “Coloured Beautiful” reviewed on FB. The wig I received was considerably shorter but I could work with it. So I decided to order another of the same wig to see if I’d get the one that looked like the catalog photo. What I received looked so terrible I immediately put it in the trash. Just a bunch of chopped up hair sewn into a cap. Contacted Diana Bohemian Wig website and never heard from them.
