Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. This is my first headband wig. I’d tried a sew-in wig before but it was not for me. I hated how tight the strings were and not being able to wash my own hair often. The ease and comfort that comes with this wig is what sold me. I’m pretty lazy when it comes to hair styling since I have short 4a hair so this was basically made for me. The hair was super soft right out of the package, no weird smell, and it fit my head perfectly (I was worried since I have a bit of a later head). Love the overall of the headband unjt, except for one little worry, well a big worry, that it will one day slide right on off. I dont care for the combs, they creat tension and pull on my scalp, so i dont use them. There's not enough velcro fabric to attach the sticky tape backing. Therefore, the wig is not tight enough on my head, because my head is a bit smaller than the wig cap size. May, i suggest adding more velcro fabric on the band. Other than this, the unit is absolutely lovely! I will be purchasing from company again. I refered a friend.T W.

I usually wear synthetic hair wigs, but I watched a YouTube demonstration/review of this wig and liked it so I decided to try it out. It cost a bit more than I like to pay for a wig, but it looked so cute and the versatility of how you can style it convinced me to buy it. I'm so glad that I did! The quality is great and it looks so natural. This is going to be my regular "go-to" wig. The discount on the total cost and the headbands that were included were an added bonus. In regards to the company, I am very please with their service as well as their product. After I had placed my order online I realized that I didn't see where I could select the color of the wig. When I contacted Customer Service, a representative immediately solved my problem through a "chat" conversation. In addition to great customer service, I was very pleased that my unit arrived in a timely manner with updates of the shipping and delivery status. I use my wigs for everyday use. This one didn't look anything like the pic in the book or online. It had pin curls on top and in front that were very stiff, like they had been set with setting gel. I put it on and used a brush with plastic ball tips to brush them out. It actually looks very pretty now and fluffy. My daughter and husband complimented me with my new style and all that's who matters.
I returned this wig because the hair was hard like a set lotion was applied. It looked matted and I tried to come and the hair was a mess. I have never received a wig like this from Especially Yours. The sad part that I had to pay a large return fee for a poor wig. I have ordered another wig. I hope the next wig looked like it is pictured.Joan
