So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. This is really good quality hair for this price. The lace is incredibly thin making it look like it’s coming from your scalp. Easy to install and comes with a nice elastic strap attached to the cap. The cap is well made and breathable. The only reason why I’m not giving it 5 stars is because the lace is SUPER delicate. Because it’s thin it’s really easy to rip so be gentle when styling. Beautiful curls, full of volume, and I receive many compliments. I love that there’s no lace to cut, and can wear it straight out of the box. Yaki texture. When this wigs gets old, you can bump the ends to give it life again, as it is a heat safe unit. The side part is EXTREMELY deep, so I slightly turn the wig to move the part more towards the center. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars because I reposition the wig based on where I’d like the side part to lay, so my wig is of-centered on my head. I still love it though.
