The color and style of this wig was absolutely beautiful! Great quality, great style, great price & would definitely recommend for gals that prefer darker colored hair. Unfortunately when I held this one up to my face, the color made me look completely washed out. I have started the return/exchange process for a blonde color. I have 100% hair loss and a sensitive scalp. I bought this one to wear around the house with a thick cotton liner on those days when I need a break from the adhesives I use with my 100% hand tied wigs. It's a great style. I wish it came in a 100% hand tied version WITHOUT that cone-head "bump" on the crown that's so unnatural. Since it's a wear-away-from-the-face style, the lace front should be ear-to-ear instead of just the crown. Please find a more comfortable lace because the standard is itchy. The Glazed Strawberry bills itself as a "light red" but it reads as brown. I wish more wig manufacturers offered light reds that look honestly red, not brown, not orange/ginger, but real red strawberry blonde with blonde streaks. Glazed Strawberry is nice but just too dark and too brown.Tish

I found her on Clearance at Wigstudio1.com. I love her. Her fibers are regular synthetic and the density is light. If there is permatease it is not noticable. The lace front is spectacular and leaves a perfect hairline. Thank you Wigstudio1 for being such a wonderful retailer!Denise B.

I previously purchased this item in a different color. I loved this wig and the fit. Unfortunately the new wig in different color will not fit. From front to back of crown is 1/2 inch bigger, ear tab across front to other ear tab is also 1/2 inch bigger, and crown to bottom is also 1/2 inch bigger. Wig can not be worn as it won't stay on my head. To return item costs me over $17.00, which I don't have extra funds for. It was marked as regular size, it's a jumbo!!! Have always bought Raquel pieces but feel like the quality has gone down the last couple of years. The picture shows where top is completely coming apart. This started two weeks after purchase and I couldn’t afford to replace it. The sides of this one also didn’t look right and kind of poked out and could easily be seen. I have worn many different varieties and brands of wigs… and at any price Ms.Welch's (synthetic) wigs are an inferior product to many, many other brands that cost far less money First, the "Positives": very nice color assortment from which to choose… though it must be acknowledged that "good color assortments", throughout the various brands-range is not a rarity. There are very nice colors available in all brands The "NotSoPositives": The mono-top, dimension-ally, should be more ample in size. If you wish to create a part on the "far side", either right or left, you'll encounter a problem, having run-out of "mono" construction. 2) Front Lace from "temple to temple" is not acceptable; for a product costing this amount of money at full-Retail, the lace should go from ear-to-ear 3) … and finally: the "hair"/ fiber: AWFUL !!! After wearing for a brand-new unit (only) a week or so, you'll find that the ends begin to frizz… and the frizzing becomes worse and worse as time goes-by. And before you ask: No, I do not… and have never used heated styling tools on synthetic units. The frizzing looks like the results of an extremely bad perm.', and the scatch-iness against the skin is soooooo uncomfortable on those longer styles. … and finally: the lace front separated from the front of the wig! I had to glue it back together! For me, Ms.Welch's wigs are cheaply made products with a big price-tag, and a rating of "OneStar" is one star too many!Tina M.

I wear wigs full time and I own over 20. Every quality of synthetic from $20 Ebay wigs to $400 bought on this site. Love this site. The fit, color and style of this wig are awesome as are Raq wigs, but not the hair quality. The wig frays easily. I know how to care and treat a heat friendly synthetic wig, hence my history above, but within 1 week of daily wear the hair from the nape down became dry, course and needed a deep conditioning. I only use the wide tooth wig comb sold here on my wigs so this shouldn't have happened. My first real disappointment so I'm glad I got it on sale. I bought Zara as a replacement bcs they are very similar. I hope she holds up better than Scene Stealer.Gigi

I just started having to wear wigs about 6 months ago and since I don’t have any wig shops near me have had to rely on purchasing solely online which is very scary… this wig exceeded my expectations! Very natural looking on and instantly made me look like I’d just walked out of a salon. I love the rooted color and the highlights- seriously looks completely natural! If you have any worries about people thinking you’re wearing a wig “let it go” because no one will have a clue. Wish I could leave pics because it is stunning!Sherry

I recently had extreme hair loss due to alopecia and needed to purchase a wig. I have never had to do anything like this and didn't know where to start. After looking through SEVERAL websites and styles of wigs I chose Always. It came in promptly, less than a week. It was beautiful right out the box. I wanted looser curls so I combed it out and it looked wonderful! Day 1, I wore it for maybe 4 hours out running errands. When I got home the ends were SO matted and tangled. The ends of the wig look like damaged hair, frizzy and crinkled. I have not used any heat and I have not washed it yet. I've worn it out twice and it looks terrible. I did buy the synthetic hair care package and been applying the products as directed. After purchasing this wig I now know what not to get and what to look for in a wig. I really don't think it will be another Raquel Welch wig. I am so disappointed and hate that I spent $150+ on this poor quality wig.Mariah

But, when I am wearing it, I find that the lower density looks extremely natural and more realistic than the overly thick human hair wigs I have had in the past. The hair is very smooth and you can run your fingers right through it. I had the Kim by Jon Reneau which has extremely sick denier. I have this bravo wig in the color R 11 S. It looks extremely realistic as though my hair had been professionally highlighted. I also find the lace front to be the best I have ever worn. The netting is so fine that I truly can barely see it. This is the first wig I have on where I do not feel the need to cut the lace. Although some may not like the thin density for the shorter length, I find it perfect for every day wear. I was looking for a wig that was short enough to be comfortably worn every day easy to tuck behind the ears, yet long enough to be pulled back out of my face. Also I would like to add that this week does not shed at all so I am expecting it to last quite a while.I gave this four stars only because I do wish there was slightly more hair in the lower back region of the cap.Patricia D.

The color Glazed Sand is really nice and the lace front on this style is impeccable, and as this was my first unrooted color, it’s even better and more undetectable than the rooted colors. The most natural looking wig I have ever purchased. A friend who knows I wear wigs, asked if she was seeing my bio hair. I was wearing hand tied Center Stage with the lovely lace front when she sat across from me at a restaurant that day. Nothing more needs to be written to explain the 5 stars. Center Stage has the most natural looking 'part' and believable density. I currently have this in 2 different but similar colors. I am shocked to see negative reviews. All it takes is a little patience with water, spray and/or gel to fool even a best friend. I don't want to forget to rate the comfort level-also deserves 5 stars.NBS

This is the beginning of my journey so my issues may be just that I am starting this journey kicking and screaming. I know all the YouTube reviewers say this is wonderful and fun but it isn't what I want to do – I wish my bio hair looked like this wig. It is lovely – soft and flattering for probably anyone. However, I may still return, I have tried in on for a bit several days in a row, still not sure. These may be things I just have to live with now that I have to do this to have normal 'hair'. 1.) Lace front – if I do keep this one, I will NEVER buy a lace front again. Unfortunately, it is very hard to find a nice, well made hairpiece without it because everyone else seems to love lace front – NOT ME. I don't like that you cannot pull your bio hair out from under (I know that it is great if you have no hair, but I have plenty around my face and would like to incorporate – Sincerely Yours by RW was perfect but too short). And though it DOES look very nice (I really didn't think it would look so realistic, it truly looks like a real hairline up close), it is HORRIBLY itchy. Like stiff, itchy netting and I can't wait to take it off. Maybe if I try gluing it won't itch so much? 2. I TOO much hair, as with most all of the hair pieces. While I can make this one work because it thankfully isn't LOADED up with that fake feeling/looking permatease (I know some people love it, I do NOT on me), it is still GOBS of hair. I push my hair behind my ears and I would have to have massive ears to fit the gobs falling in front of my face behind my ear; it is like trying to tuck a large rope behind my ear. Not sure why manufacturers think someone who has had hair loss or very thin hair all of the sudden will feel comfortable with a wooly mammoth strapped tightly to their raw noggin. Again, this one could be okay because I could take thinning shears to it and make it work if I keep this wig. 3. Speaking of the front bit… as other reviewers remarked, OMG does it want to go in your face. I don't want to use any product or heat on it yet because I am not sure I am keeping it so VERY difficult to tell if it will work because that is absolutely a problem. Would probably have to thin and cut that into layers – it is very pretty but no one goes around with a big chunk of hair hanging down like that all day. All of the hair on the cap is geared to go absolutely FORWARD, not sure why. It is something that would have to be worked out with heat, water and product. 4. Cap construction – Not super comfortable. Again, this is all new to me so maybe I am doing something wrong. I am using a wig grip so not sure if that adds to my discomfort. I will say that the seams around the mono part are thick and itchy. I would rather a whole mono top or a basic cap, rather than that seamed bit. Too much going on in the cap. So – if you are a regular wig wearer, this style will probably work for you; I am just not use to all these itches and things going on my head. Sort of like a pretty but uncomfortable underwire bra – you can deal but can't wait to get it off at the end of the day – that is how it feels for me. If this had the cap of the Sincerely Yours, I would have found my piece. Again, not sure if I am returning or not, but it is so expensive for me, for them not to be spot on. I need something that looks like ME and I can wear every day and it looks like normal, non-poufy, non-shiny hair and isn't going to rub my ear or itch my head, etc. I am probably hoping for too much. 🙁LJT

Cap is so comfortable. I had to cut on the bangs a little because they went directly into my eyes. However! The color more than made up for it. The eggplant shade is absolutely beautiful and perfect for the fall season! If your bio hair is or was brown and you are looking for brown yet with a twist of pow…. Choose this color! I have yet to be disappointed with the Raquel Welch brand wigs. Thank you Wigstudio1 for always getting my orders to me in such a timely manner. Makes me so happy to know an order is heading my way. I just wish I had discovered wigs many years ago when I started losing my bio hair would have saved me many tears when I was buying every product out there to get my hair back. You can put this unit up or down, also half up and half down. It definitely feels synthetic, but not in a bad way. I would definitely recommend.Johnnie W.

I purchased a 1b, Gingerbrown and chocolate swirl. They are positively cute however the ginger unit was not curled correctly and doesn't look quite as good as the other two. But the kinkier texture with the feathered bangs is exactly what I wanted. Perfect for a 70s or 80s look!Avanti W.

Very low quality, like throwing money away. Wish I did not purchase. Does not look nearly as full & thick as shown on package. You may see your dark hair through the wig cap. I received this wig yesterday and tried it on immediately. It is a great style but there is so much hair it looked like I had a motorcycle helmet on. Very disappointed because I had to send it back today. Sorry QVC I really wanted to love it. There is no one in the area where I live that styles wigs so I guess I am going to have to make sure my hair is done when I want to go somewhere.Grandmawrinkles

I love TB wigs….this price point is so great. The wig always looks better in person that it does on the models on tv (sorry). But Toni always looks great because she makes it suit her and that is what we have to do as well. The light blonde is the perfect blend of light blonde, beige blonde and brown roots. It look so real and I am a type-A person…this heat friendly fiber is NOT shiny or wiggy looking. The back view of this wig is what I have been looking for on a short wig…perfect length/good coverage. TIP: Do not brush your wig too hard.. it ruins the fibers. You can find lots of help on youtube for heat friendly fiber wig care. Go easy on it. Use your hands to style and little hairspray for flyaways/or "piece out" creme made for wigs to style. I have almost every style of Toni's and this short style is perfection. (The long pieces on the sides can be trimmed off, just trim down at an angle or have your hair stylist do it. I like the long pieces so it works for me. SUPER CUTE LADIES OF ALL AGESlil poohbear

Title review really says it all. It is way too big, unless you have a big head. It either comes down to the eye brows (and not the hair falling over the brows, the hair is in your mouth) or if pulled back, it slides down your neck. In either case it covers both ears completely or if you put behind your ears, it then sticks up on top like a conehead. In any case, if has to be defective. I can't imagine anyone could live with a head that big. You couldn't hold it up! But take your chances on ordering one. If they can make a huge mistake like that when making the wig, then how good is the quality? How long could a badly made wig last? It does not feel like real or look like real hair. And I thought my own hair is thin, the wig is thinner than my own! It does not come styled. You will have to style it and put on a lot of hair spray to keep it in control. There has to be better wigs somewhere. At the price of this one, I was very disappointed in this wig. I would recommend Clipperpro toe nail clippers for those who clip their own nails. The clipper head swivels & locks in place so you can hold the handle just as you would hold the handle on your car door and the cutting end faces you toes. They are perfect for anyone, but super great for people who have a hard time using the old fashion kind. Check them out on the video. They make cutting your toe nails or your other half's toe nails so easy & so much quicker. A prefect gift for any one who has problems using their handsMarsan E

About the site: I dont think the color ‘swatches' are enough to determine color and they should provide actual full photos of each color. Or at least have a link to a universal color key. I had no idea what T4/27 even means. Can someone explain why don’t they they at least tell you what color the model has on in the photo? About the wig: I ordered several of these because I was unclear about the colors. The T4/27 is mostly a brassy gold / copper color, some dark undertones at the root, but not enough to blend with my dark brown natual hair. In general the curls were not as defined at the photo. It's a lot of hair and I had to shape mine to my face and cut it slightly. Not sure how long it will last (I suspect two weeks with daily wear) before I toss it. I buy synthetic units to quickly change color or to wear under hats.J C.

I absolutely love this wig. I have been wearing it on and off forever. Once I receive it, I shake it and beat it to perfection. Apparently the color that I love is discontinued. That color is BT 4888. I will search high and low to find it again. But until then I will have to settle for a different color.Lanita
