This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! I’ve worn real hair for years, so I’ve found that stying synthetic hair is a little different, but this Swiss lace turned out to be easy to work with & melt just fine. This is a great beginners lace front wig! I am not a wig wearer but saw this on an IG page and tried for moths to order and finally caught it in stock! It is easy to install and looks very similar to my natural hair blown out and flat ironed just fuller which is why I like it! The wig cap is large so it will fit larger heads, which is bit of a con for me. I wig horizontally is too large or too long for my head so the lace on each side covers my ears. (I don't believe I have a small head). If I tuck it behind it is rather uncomfortable even after adjusting the clips and band adjuster inside the cap. I tried curling the hair at 400 degrees and it straightened it instead, could be user error though. Overall, the wig looks and feels great for the price. I'm not sure if the wig could be washed but for the price it may not be worth washing when you can just buy a new one! It is not an everyday wig if you are a newbie at wearing wigs. It can become quite uncomfortable after a few hours. I purchased this wig from a different site, but wanted to leave a review here as well since this was the first site I looked for the wig and the other site no longer has it. I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. I have no problem putting my review up here again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. Also the wig looks like its missing hair in the front. Its clearly visible that this is a wig. Stick with buying at your local beauty stores. I was hoping for better but what do you expect when you order online.

I now own three Flirt Alert wigs, this is my absolute favorite for several reasons. I wear my wigs every day, all day. I need a wig that holds up well to daily use. I find the tangling and matting of the longer wigs to be unbearable! Well let me tell you…flirt alert holds up well!! She is soft and silky, bouncy and beautiful…the 4 inch nape keeps her from matting…I get so many compliments when I wear her. The other day, a woman got out of her car and was screaming across the parking lot wanting to know where I get my hair done because she wanted hers done like mine! LOL! I wish this wig came in a hand tied cap, but that’s my ONLY complaint, if you can call that a complaint.Kyra
I have been wearing wigs since breast cancer caused my already thinning hair to fall out. Due to POS and a hormone blocker I will take for a few more years, my hair had no chance at coming back to anything resembling a full head. I've played around with a few styles, staying mostly with bobs, which was close to my hairstyle before chemo and I was comfortable with. I decided to take the plunge and go for a shorter, easier style and came upon Advanced French. Ordered in a lighter color (RL 14/22, Pale Golden Wheat) as my own hair is mostly white and a golden blonde. The wig came and it immediately seemed to brighten my face and is a very youthful style, not that at 64 yrs. I want to look like a kid, but every little bit helps. I had it on when the husband came home from work and he didn't have to say anything for me to know he approved. Its fun, easy and for a short style, has some styling options. The lace front is not as itchy as some have been and I love getting hair off my neck and off the face. Great little style and ordered two more right away.Therese W.
Just received my Big Deal in Shaded Biscuit. She was out of stock for a while, so I jumped on this order when she became available again, and I'm so glad I did! The fibers are silky soft with los of swingy, natural movement. She's comfortable and can go from daytime to evening easily. Big Time and Upstage are about the longest lengths I'll wear; anything longer jus doesn't look like me. I'm petite, for reference. Also, I have only brushed this wig upside down before putting it on. Before washing, gently detangle using a wide tooth comb. let your wig sit for a few minutes in a bowl filled with water and capful of shampoo. rinse & apply conditioner in a downward motion. wait a few minutes then rinse. comes with pre-attached elastic band pat dry & shake to refresh style. place on a wig stand to air dry.

If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! Definitely would recommend for someone that just wants a big change and wants something completely different. I went from super short hair, to this length and I’m glad I didKay B.

Bobbi boss human hair blend hand made 2 inch deep part swiss lace front wig – mblf110 trina the color shown in the picture above is 1b. ear to ear safe heat styling : premium hi-heat fiber care guide 1. holding the wig by the part area, use a wide-tooth comb to gently comb the hair to remove any tangling. when combing the hair, always start at the bottom and work your way to the top, combing small sections of the hair with downward strokes until all of the hair has been combed and detangled. 2. drench the wig with a solution of lukewarm water and a deep cleansing shampoo or a wig shampoo. use only lukewarm water. 3. use a brush to work additional shampoo into the hair using the same combing technique that was used initially to comb the hair. start at the bottom of the hair and work your way up to the top, brushing small sections of the hair with downward strokes. do not scrub the hair. 4. rinse the hair in the direction of the hair from root to end with flowing water until all of the shampoo is removed. 5. use a brush to work a detangling conditioner into the hair in the same manner as in step 3. 6. rinse the hair in the same manner as in step 4 with cold water until the water coming off the hair is clear and all of the conditioner is removed. 7. gently pat the hair with a towel. 8. once finished with the combing, hang the wig or place it on a wig stand and allow the wig to dry naturally. 9. when the wig is completely dry, use a brush or a pick comb to create the desired style.

I've been purchased from this vendor for a while. Vendor sales great quality products and has weekly discount code but, vendor charge taxes. My biggest problem with vendor is that the condition of the items packages. The last two shipments I've received from them was the worst. First picture, all the items was wet. The rain water got through the box and the the wigs. The other items was wiped due to the box condition. My previous experience with the company, I know they never help or replace damaged items unless you pay to ship their damaged goods back to them.Natacha S.
I bought the Dr4/2T27613 and it's beautifully made blends instantly no need for all the makeup kits people use..but that's just my opinion. I will get another almost as good as the Sensationnel Line of braided wigs. Outre really this is a 10* I'm really impressed. Wish we could post pictures. The hair braids are super soft and doesn't shed. The ends are fine and sealed. Great braiding quality of hair. The lace is soft and flexible lays effortlessly with a little gel/glue. Beautiful wig made very well but not suitable for everyone. It would be great if you had the option to get different wig head sizes. I have a rather large head and it dies not fit my head well. It's very nice wig but irritating because it's synthetic fiber. Also I wanted a soils Burgundy color as the options show instead I got ombre 1b/Burgundy. I wouldn't recommend this wig for anyone with large head. But it dies look very realistic. I got tons of compliments. If you have big head like mine best to get it personally hand made by a wig maker.Leoni R.

I placed a order on 4/18/22 order #93337 for Outre Mariella the wrong color when I got the package I notice it was the wrong I sealed it back never touched the eig package I when through your return policy emailed for instruction was replied back by one your employee by the name Paula never gave me my refund. I returned your product on the timely manner. I am due a refund please help. I have made several orders since then order #93742. 96034. 97680. 98198 and 94128.
