The inner wig structure is made out of the less stretchy net-like body that I personally don't care for. The ponytail clips don't really clip into the wig body easily, very troublesome to get them to hold. The color and style are cute! The side that is long is someone straight and then gets curly so it looks awful. As an unnatural hair color, of course it’s been highly treated and can cause complications. I’ve found that setting it on a head form and using a light spray of warm water mixed with fabric softener works wonders! Be gentle and you’ll end up with the same iconic look from the photo! Generally I have no complaints about anything I've gotten from Epic. First, there is nothing in the buns that connects it to the wig. I had to find something to make it work. It was also kinda confusing to assemble since everything was in different pieces. I would recommend that they include instructions in the future. The ties on the ponytail were also too long, but those can be easily trimmed. The color and length were perfect and the quality was good too.Anonymous
