After I installed the wig I use the product to keep the hair looking shiny. But the wig seem kinda worn out even tho I only had it in for a few days and only using the spray at night. I am new to wig-wearing. My bio hair is about 75% gray, and I do have a full head of hair that I keep cut in a very short style. I decided to start wearing wigs because I wanted more variety in hair styles as well as colors. Winner was a good choice for me lengthwise to start my wig-wearing-journey. However, I wish I had been much bolder in my initial color and length range. Since then I've warmed up to taking more risks. Winner (average) is a bit large for my head. My truest measurement falls between petite and average. Overall, I must admit, Winner has been my winning choice in more ways than I care to acknowledge. NOTE: Service/ delivery is very efficient.
Delivery was fabulous, 7 days to Indonesia and I love the way customs is included. This is my third Winner wig, I find the style comfortable and versatile. My other two wigs are brown but I wanted to try some highlights as I had them when I was younger. I think the routed wigs look more natural so I chose Shaded Cappuccino SS12/22. I hunted all over the web for a review or You Tube video for Winner in that colour but could only find longer styles. In the end I ordered it anyway. When it arrived I hated it, I thought the roots made me look like a skunk, and if I lived in the US I would have sent it back. I really like the coconut scent, it lathers really well and I was very pleased that a little goes a long way as I have very long and thick hair. I wash my hair every 3rd day, but I wet my hair and condition it every day. I have been using the Shea Moisture Curl & Shine Coconut & Hibiscus Conditioner the 2nd day. I always use leave in conditioner but that day I had to use double the amount of what I normally use. Otherwise my hair felt & looked dry & frizzy. The product definitely did help with detangling my hair, not totally, but to a great enough degree where I was pleased. I didn’t notice any improvement in shine though. I was hoping to experience much more of an overall difference from all the various products I have used in the past. No huge noticeable difference, and more expensive than what I currently use. So I really enjoyed using the product on both my baby girl and my own hair. Because we have very very different hair types, I noticed some important things. She has a healthy head of very fine, very varied coil curls. The shampoo worked great on very wet hair, it lathered well for a clarifying shampoo without turning her hair into dry grass. I rinsed twice to make sure the water ran well and clear. The conditioner was light and moisturizing, as promoted. I took the time to work it into all strands while damp to slightly wet with a curly hair wet brush. Afterward rinsing the conditioner lightly, I put in the styling cream. Here I realized I'd put in way too much, but the effect was still very good. Her curls were less prone to tangling, moisturized and made beautiful defined coils. My hair is fine but wavy, not curly. However my hair is super dry. I like using heavily moisturizing products from time to time to feed my hair. The products were too heavy for fine straighter hair, but it really moisturized heavily. My hair has a healthy strong feel and a beautiful glisten that it has after a moisturizing hair mask. Overall, on straighter finer hair, I'd say use the conditioner thoroughly but rinse very well and easy on the styling cream. I didn't experience any waxiness anywhere.Thali22

I’ve tried the tradition blue wig shampoo that’s been in beauty supply stores since the dawn of time, and while it does clean my wigs it just doesn’t give them life again. It really cleanse your hair of all the dirt and residue, especially if you had braids, sew in or any protective hair styles. This body butter is for extremely dry skin. If you are serious about softening your skin and addressing some skin concerns such as psoriasis then I highly suggest that you try this product. Before I begin this review I need to tell you that this product is not going to be for everyone. This is not the type of body butter that you quickly dip into and it's done. This is a very solid and grainy raw shea butter. You will need some type of a scoop or spoon and you'll need to warm the product up in your hands and work it into your skin. It took a while for my skin to fully absorb it as it is a thick consistency. If you do not like the feeling of a very thick moisturizer on your skin then you will probably not like this product too much. I have tried multiple body butters and body oils, scrubs and all sorts of body washes in an attempt to relieve my skin of dryness. This is the softest my skin has ever felt, The body butter left behind a little bit of a sheen and a slight tackiness. This product is unscented and noncomedogenic and can be used for the hair as well as the skin. Even though I have dry skin I still have the occasional cystic acne breakout, so this is an important point for me. I have used this on my arms, legs, and feet and my skin has never felt smoother. I also have a patch of psoriasis on my elbow which does not respond to any type of scrubbing or moisturizer It is completely smooth as I write this. As I said this is not a product for everyone. I find that most of the negative reviews are from people who did not expect this type of consistency and/or did not know how to correctly use this product. I buy a lot of different Shea Butters, but my favorite was when I purchased some raw organic East Africa "Nilotica" Shea Butter, slightly more expensive and it was the best I had ever used. However, I have not reordered anymore online. Shopping today I found this Shea Moisture 100% raw Shea Butter and it looked the same color as the organic I had purchased before so I grabbed it! When I opened it I was surprised by the granules, it almost looked like emulsifier but that's because of its fatty acids solidifying. I could tell by the smell, (which I will never forget how nilotica shea butter smells), it was the exact same kind! When I rubbed some on my fingers and saw it in its melted form, I knew I hit Jackpot!! This is Nilotica shea butter, one of the finest qualities of shea butter. This one is very gritty, but it has the same exact consistency of the other one, super creamy! All I had to do is warm it up double boiler method and your hands and skin will thank you! The hidden blessing in it for me is I'm a DIY hair girl and I buy a lot of hair ingredients and I make shampoo bars too. So I was planning to make hair conditioner with this, which I needed btms for, but I'm a skip that as "this" butters present fatty acids, which are good and plentiful here, have solidified almost like the perfect emulsifier! So I know when I melt it, if I choose to it will "emulsify" well at this state with my other ingredients better than my cheaper creamy shea butter and is of better conditioning quality leaving me not needing the btms if any perhaps a very small amount. This is the worst “raw” Shea butter I have ever purchased. It is very gritty and honestly feels like soft candle wax. Upon opening, I was surprised to find it in a semi-solid state as raw Shea butter is typically solid and hard. I though this would be a good thing because it seemed this would make it easier to spread. Boy was I wrong. It was impossible to emulsify no matter how much I rubbed. So I went old school and decided to whip it as I’ve done with many other Shea butters in the past. Even this was a fail. Despite mixing with a hand mixer for 15 minutes it was sit a gritty, grainy mess. This photo shows how many chunks were left on my hands after rubbing them together for several minutes AFTER whipping. Obviously I can’t return it since I’ve altered the original product, but I definitely won’t be purchasing again.Allie

Finally! A conditioner that gets it just right! Far too often in order to tame the frizz that comes with wavy or curly hair, a conditioner leaves my hair greasy. I’ve used this quite a few times and really have some mixed feelings about it. First off, the smell is fantastic and lasts for a really long time. That being said, once my hair has dried, it is a bit crunchy and not smooth like I expected. I used the specified amount so not sure why the texture was that way, so not super excited about that part. However, once I brushed out my dried hair, the crunch went away for the most part and my hair was actually pretty smooth. I have never used the Shea moisture line before receiving these products to test, and I am pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed the lovely and unique fragrance of the conditioner – it feels like you’re in a field of flowers! The conditioner is silicone, sulfate, Paraben, phthalates free with no mineral oil or petrolatum used – granted I don’t know what all of them are – I know that most of those are NOT good for your hair. Those are exactly the products that make hair dry with regular hair products; which would definitely defeat the purpose of conditioning, if you ask me! I have been using this Shea Moisture Sugarcane Extract & Meadowfoam seed miracle multi benefit Shampoo for 3 weeks now! I have noticed that my dry and frizzy hairs have become smooth and softer week by week!!! I used to apply hair serum without which my frizz doesn't go, but now I don't need that anymore since my hairs feels so fresh and silky! The fragrance is really nice and unique. The formula is creamy, lightweight and very hydrating. It is sulfate free and colour safe which is a plus point since I have coloured hair. The shampoo produces good leather and rinse off easily. This product is a yes for me!!! This has to be my favorite Shea moisture line. The scent is great. I like to pair this with the leave-in from the same line. and it works wonders on my type-4 hair.it it is quite thick in consistency so a little goes a long way. I do not recommend using a lot because it will just sit on top of your hair and won’t all absorb in. It has a lot of slip and left my curls popping. There are some people leaving reviews for the JBCO leave-in conditioner underneath this product, which isn't fair, because they are two totally different products altogether. I have used this product by itself and in combination with the corresponding leave-in conditioner, and I have received fantastic results either way. This product has a very pleasant vanilla smell to it that goes away after a while and you are left with little to no scent left in your hair. It works well on both wet and dry hair. It does not take long to absorb into my hair, whether I happen to use a little or happen to be more generous with it instead. It spreads well, adds shine, keeps my hair 100% frizz free, is non-greasy, and provides a light-medium hold. It doesn't cause crazy buildup in my hair or on my scalp. Neither does it cause my scalp eczema to flare up badly either. It doesn't flake on me, and when it comes to curl defining, all that I can say is that it works to naturally enhance my existing curl pattern, as it does not drastically change such in any way. Which I am perfectly fine with. I have a naturally loose curl pattern, so no, this product does not cause my hair to shrink up into tighter ringlets. It just naturally enhances my loose curls is all. This product works awesome for both wash n gos and for slicking ones hair back into a bun with (instead of using gel).
