I wanted to try this so bad because alcohol was drying my hair and my skin out! I've tried this on both ebin spray glue and ghostbond and it works wonderfully! With ebin, I only have to spray it once and then it lifts right after the first minute. With ghostbond, I have to let it set for a minute, then blot, then spray again. I do this 3 times. It'll lift then I'll wash my skin with soap. What's amazing about this product is that the glue doesn't get stuck on the lace! I think it's absolutely worth it.denna27
I and loving this Shea Moisture Weave And Wig spray for human & Synthetic hair. It has tea tree and borage seed oil with Shea butter (fair trade). It has a slight fragrance that is pleasant and refreshing. It offers a slight tingling after application. I have since used this refresher spray on my braids and on my scalp with my protective styles. I sprayed the oil on my wig that was starting to look dull. Once I sprayed it with the oil spray it bought back the shine and luster. Brushing through the hair was more manageable. I've always wanted to try Olaplex but just thought it couldn't make that much of a difference. This year I thought this gift set was a good deal and I had a gift set so I purchased it. I used the 0 and 3 then got in the shower and I could instantly tell a difference after using 4 the shampoo. I also used 5 the conditioner. I wrapped my hair in my hair towel after I got out then used my T3 airebrush duo (also a new love that styles my long hair in 5 mins). My hair hasn't felt this clean and soft in such a long time. Even 3 days later it feels just as amazing. I was using Foxybae and Lange before and they are nowhere near as good as this. Definitely worth the high price tag and it doesn't take a lot of product. The only con is the nozzle on the 0. I don't like how it comes out in an aggressive way and I feel like some gets wasted. I bought this because I already use #3 religiously and have been meaning to try #0. Of course, #3 is a HG, best thing ever for bleached hair. The #0 however was a disappointment – I didnt notice it enhancing results at all. The sprayer is also REALLY bad – it doesnt spray but rather squirts, so you end up losing a a lot of product. The big surprise for me was the shampoo. I have thick hair and I lot of it and I have to use a ton of shampoo and shampoo twice. This shampoo is small but mighty – you need only the tiniest amount and it lathers SO well! Never experienced anything like it! No matter how little I pour it is still too much! Therefore the price per use will end up being pretty low. The conditioner is meh. Overall I do think the kit is worth it given how much you get for the price.Dora310
I just had to comment after seeing negative reviews. My hair has always been super thin, I get spilt ends by doing nothing to my hair and I bought this on a whim. Never used olaplex before, but didn't want to spend the money if it didn't work. I went from washing my hair every day (maybe every other day if I could stretch it out) to every 3-4 days! I have NEVER been able to wait that long to wash my hair. Since I go so long, I use the whole steps each time I wash my hair. I think once I washed it 2 days after so I just used the shampoo and conditioner but I have been looking for something to help me train my hair and this has been it!! A huge secret is not letting your hair be dry after you out no 3 in. I literally only leave it for 10 minutes. I typically put it on, put my hair up, shave and wash my body and then start washing my hair. I'll keep the shampoo in for a little bit longer.Bay

This is the first time I’ve ever written a review! I’ve had this product now for about 2 week or so and I needed something to help moisturize my senegalese twists during this pandemic. This product exceeded my expectations! It’s not too thick but not watery either. It’s a perfect consistency and the spray bottle spritz out nice and even (I’ve had some that broke or was messy and leaked so this was a plus for me!) The product does keep my hair moisturize for a few days too and doesn’t leave it dry or brittle. It makes my hair feel so soft & revived!! My Routine: 1. Spray with plain water first 2. Spray in the leave-in-conditioner (scalp & hair strands twists) 3. Oil/Grease my scalp and my hair strands of the twist I don’t spray in the leave in conditioner everyday. The smell is okay in my opinion. It’s not strong or overbearing; it’s definitely more of a natural scent of the bamboo than I can smell of the coconut (love coconut). But, that’s just my opinion. True test is when I take my twists down and see how my natural hair will be but for now I’m really satisfied. I would repurchase this again. I did my research before purchasing and I’m happy I came across this product and it wasn’t a fail! The shipping cost, ugh, I think we can all agree we hate. I'm always looking to try a new product, see what my hair likes and what it doesn't. I tried the apple leave in conditioner first and didn't think I'd find anything better. Then I tried this one and this just might be that one to beat out the apple and aloe leave in. I keep my hair in twists, so I've been looking for a leave in that's light and liquid enough to spray on my twists to keep them hydrated (trying to work in the standard creams just creates frizz and I end up having to retwist everything). I even tried making my own, but I'm not the most crafty type. This is wonderful from the smell, to it's amazing slip, to how well it absorbs into my low porosity hair. This past wash day, I sprayed my hair with it but didn't retwist my hair right away. That was 2 days ago. I started retwisting my hair tonight and it was still soft! No knots! The only thing is the size of the bottle. It's not bad, really, but if you have a ton of hair like me, I suggest getting more than 1 bottle. I enjoy changing up my look from time to time but in doing so I have found that many wigs quickly can get unruly. When starting out I had no idea how to maintain my wigs so I had to really learn through suggestions and trial and error. This product was suggested to me and I picked it up to help give life to my wigs and keep them looking a little more kept. While this spray was helpful especially on curly wigs I noticed that it made my straighter wigs look more oily than conditioned. This product is a great answer to prevent frizz and tangling of your extensions and natural hair. I tried oils and 100 other things to stop the snarls in my extensions, this is the only product that has worked. I used this product a couple of times for wigs but I didn't really like the after fact if it . When I used this product against my wigs it made it look synthetic . This product is basically a detangler , but when I used it after doing French braid it made the braid shine very nicely . Instead of using the product for wigs try braidsedrianna.o
I've used this product for several years, and like it a lot. The wig shop where I bought my wig recommended it to me, and I purchased my first bottle with the wig. Since then, I've had no reason to switch brands. It seems like a small bottle (8oz), but you only use a small amount in a sink full of water so a bottle lasts a long time. (I probably average 6 months per bottle, but your mileage will vary with the length of your wig, and how often you shampoo it). My wig is synthetic BTW. My Mother has been using Paula Young products for years. She has always had very thin hair, and has been wearing Paula Young wings for over 25 years. The wigs are well made and hold up very well. I recently purchased her another one, with more gray, as she is now 86 yrs old. I purchased myself a little topper…delicate touch..real hair. I was very excited to think that I could just pop this on my head in the morning with minimal fixing, but unfortunately not. The product is nice, great color that matches mine. But it’s made so that the majority of the hair falls to back and sides and the hair in the front ….only stays to the front. There is a definite line of demarcation and despite my playing with this, fussing, pulling my own hair through to blend it….it is obvious that it’s a hair piece. I think the design of the product needs to be redesigned. I’m disappointed.Gina
The wig that said it was called “Brooklyn” was WAY too long for me and I couldn’t remember even ordering it, nor would I have if I had known how long it was. I looked it up online and could not even find the wig (name OR number). It said there was no recognition of a wig with that name or number. I didn’t even try it on after seeing the length of it, so I’m sending it back for a refund. I WOULD like to know why you charge $9.95, taken off the refund? I cannot yet give a review on this product, but I can give one on the refund process for a returned item. I purchased 3 clip on hair pieces( one is still on backorder) and received the other two. They were the wrong hair color and I didn’t care for one of them. I returned both items(one for exchange and one for refund). The exchange happened in a timely matter as expected, but the refund has been a nightmare. I’ve had to call on 4 different occasions, receiving different answers each time. I am still waiting for a refund, after almost a month, and was just told it will be another 26 days to receive my refund. I like their products, but their refund process along with having customer service agents on the same page needs some definite improvement. Hopefully, I will receive my refund this time. We’ll see. Why is this deep conditioner only 8oz's????? Everyone Knows how important deep conditioning is for natural hair.So Why Is This Deep Conditioner only 8ozs? I Feel Deep Conditioning is just as important as co-washing. I deep condition twice a week which is a MUST for my type of hair . I have 4c, past shoulder length hair. I don't understand why the co-wash is 16 & 32oz's but the deep conditioner is only 8ozs. I have have low porosity hair so moisture and deep conditioning is important for my hair. I always have to purchase 2 jars and even that is hardly enough. It's sad because this product do well for my hair. But it's an inconvenience to have to purchase 2.I Actually love this product but I reach for another brand more often because they give you way more then 8ozs. So please make this product at least 16ozs. It's actually my favorite deep conditioner but I don't use it as of as I would like because running out of product and having to purchase more then one is an invoice. This product is great but only if your hair is properly cleansed beforehand. Even with proper cleansing, this deep conditioner deposits the right amount of moisture. Otherwise, it can be mediocre in the moisturizing department. If you’re looking for something that will make your hair super soft, I recommend something thicker and/or more moisturizing. My other gripe is how little product one gets for the price. I wish they had more for the price for sure.
The product is scented like a coconut meringue to me. It has quite a thick texture but doesn´t weigh my hair down or leave a greasy film. Also it makes my fly aways a lot less and with having very dry and damaged hair it has definetly helped a lot. It also didn´t irritate my dry scalp and I use this 2 times a week under a cap. The only downside is that it comes in a jar which isnt great in the shower and you cant really detangle your hair with this conditioner. You also have to use quite a bit to cover your whole hair but I also have pretty long, thick and curly hair so it might just be me.maria.e

I started losing my hair 2.5 years ago when my ex and I split. 28 years together, so the stress and heartache were unbearable. I lost two-thirds of my hair! With my profession, I have to wear my hair up to work. My ponies, buns, and braids were embarrassing because you could see my scalp because my hair was so thin. This product has increased the appearance of the thickness of my hair!! I can’t say whether it has actually made it thicker, but it LOOKS thicker, which is better than thin, limp hair. The volume is amazing and the fragrance is divine. No seriously, it.is.divine. You just can’t beat it for around $8 a bottle too! Please I beg you don't ever change or tamper with this product line, it's absolutely perfect. I have very fine hair and not very much of it either. I've tried everything over the moon and deduced my poor hair quality to a bad luck of the draw – that is ultra-fine hair. For the most part of my life I haven't been able to grow my hair past my shoulder without it looking stringy, and split ends are common place. I changed my diet, ate more greens, I used every product on the market to lightly moisturize and/or deep moisturize, not being able to figure what was wrong with my hair. I stopped blowdrying, straightening, I used sprays, masks and oils. I even stopped washing my hair as often in hopes to solve my hair woes. Nothing has worked and it's all either made my hair super greasy and limp or super dry and dull. Until, I recently found myself in a grocery store looking for a shampoo/conditioner. Overwhelmed by the task I concluded that they must all be the same thing so I may as well find the one that smells the best. That's when I came across this product line. I've been working in the hair industry for about a decade and have tried many many shampoos, my favorite shampoo is about $100 for 33 floz of shampoo and conditioner and it is very moisturizing but it has keratin and protein so when I need a shampoo strictly for moisture when I have protein overload, I discovered this! I went through every brand at the store to find a sulfate free shampoo that was hydrating, low in chemicals, fragrances and silicones and something that actually cleans the scalp. It's winter so my hair can become very dry as I have more textured hair, It is a great shampoo to remove oils, buildup, product and pollution. It is also very light because the first ingredient is aloe. and it has a surfactant but so it does soap up a little bit but it is not sulfate so it will not dry out your scalp. At its price tag, I really am so glad we found this because a little goes a long way. I do recommend finding another shampoo for some protein and keratin, but this is a good cleansing shampoo. I have tried other things from this line and did not like them as much as this but give it a shot!Laila

Receiving this product around the same time I just brought a wig which was perfect. After I wash the wig I sprayed the wig not reading the directions before hand that a little goes a long way, since I sprayed too much and had to rewash it because it was too oily. After I installed the wig I use the product to keep the hair looking shiny. But the wig seem kinda worn out even tho I only had it in for a few days and only using the spray at night. I normally wear my hair natural and wanted to switch it up, so this product isn’t something I’ll use frequently. I mean when I decide to put a wig on or maybe braids I’ll try the spray again. kori.r

I’ve been wearing wigs for the past two months. Where has this product been all my life? First, I used this product on my synthetic barrel curls wig. A couple of sprays and you have a new wig! No more throwing out synthetic wigs after the life time for use runs out. The big barrel curls moved bk in place with no need for me to recurl. I just spray, fluff, and go. My long human hair curly wig held up well when this product was applied before I went out in Florida’s humility and rain. For the first time I didn’t look like a Chia Pet. My hair stayed tamed and unfrizzed the whole day. I couldn’t believe it! The smell is kinda a mild fruity smell that is pleasant and the texture of the product is oily. A little goes a long way. We own a Newfoundland that loves the water. Last week of June we had a hot spell where temps were in the 90s consistently for days. Nights were humid. Trying to make sure all our dogs had plenty of water, we neglected to do a brush out at night under our Newfies chin and around his ears. Consequently mats formed over the hot days with areas not drying completely which made the mats worse. Mane n tail was recommended, it does work with smaller mats, I spent several moments every day working on the larger mats, following the directions, with very little success. We learned a valuable lesson with our Newfs fur and what we need to do better. Ended up cutting the larger mats to a smaller size, then applying Mane n Tail working on the smaller size mats. Our Newf was very patient but would only hold still for 1015 minutes provided I moved to different areas on his chin, chest and ears. Chewys delivery was great, smell of the product was fine. Its not a miracle mat untangler, also depends on the kind of fur being untangled. Works much better on our Great Pyrenees fur than our Newfie fur.Anonymous
Works on human and non human hair types. Works on all hair textures. Trusted and true. Can actually ]keep hair detangled throughout the day due to its silicone. Works almost just as good as silicone which is a gel that coats the hair and keeps the stands seperated. When using on type 4 hair if you dont have the desired slip WHEN detangling just use silicone or a hair butter.
Just purchased this detangler and Im in love. Ive tried so many different detangler products, all of which have left me in rage mode, frustrated beyond belief. I have long down to my booty, extremely thick, color treated, super wavy hair. A recipe for disaster. No exaggeration it usually takes me a half hour to brush my hair out, and its typically a painful irritating process. Not anymore I spray a liberal amount of this miracle spray into my hair, allow it to saturate for a few minutes, and brush out my tangles with ease, in no time I doubt Ill try anything else. The Jon Renau Shampoo is fantastic. I have used it for years now. The shampoo is gentle and compatible with any brand of synthetic wig. It has a fresh, yet not overpowering fragrance, and returns the wig to its natural softness. Just remember to rinse thoroughly so you don't leave a residue. One suggestion, perhaps apply the JR Conditioning spray, combined with the Luster Spray, to restore the original "newness" to your wig.
