Excellent brush. It made the detangling process after shampooing extremely easy. I could not believe how easy it was to brush through my hair. However, i originally thought the pad was removable for cleaning. It is not and I found that water was remaining in the brush. I have very thick, long, and wavy hair. This means that I constantly have issues finding brushes that work well. I'm so happy that I finally found a brush that makes my hair actually cooperate for a decent price. My only complaint about the whole process is about the shipping. While the brush came in great and fast time, it was just thrown into a box without any packing material. I'm actually surprised that it wasn't damaged during transit. This brush works for me like no brush has ever worked before. I was horrified at the idea of using a brush on insanely wet hair, or even whilst in the shower – but so many women loved it, I thought I’d get it for myself. I have a couple of these. One I use for my hair, it is naturally curly and colour treated. I find this gentle, but effective at removing knots and generally smoothing out my hair, without breakage. They now do one with a handle which I think would suit me better, although this one is quite comfortable to hold, I think a handle will make it more efficient, as my hair is quite long. I am happy with the results, I put my product in and then brushed through when my hair was wet and it did seem to help with definition. I am IN LOVE with this brush! When I purchased this brush I was mostly buying it for my 5 year old. She has very very thick curly hair that goes all the way down to her tailbone. Because of that her hair knots so easily and shes really tenderheaded so i usually wait to brush her hair while im washing it. The only hard part is remembering where the brissles go once youre done cleaning it. The only thing I could see being a problem is the fact that the brush part slides up, it may end up sliding up while youre brushing. I havent really had this issue other than the it sliding up a tiny bit but I honestly dont even notice it until I'm done brushing. It also has a silicone grip at the end of the handle. I seldom change the style of hairbrush I use as it isn't easy to find a good hair brush that has bristles that go thru my thick hair and actually reach my scalp. This brush does, and it's the paddle style with bristles that don't rip thru my tangles and break off the hair strands. This brush easily glides thru my hair. The brush is exceptionally lightweight, but very good quality . I usually have to pull the hair strands from the bristles of my old hairbrush, after using the Osensia Flexi Brush, I found only one or two hairs to remove from the bristles. I bought this brush for my 4year old great-niece who lives in New Zealand. She has long hair but it is so very fine that it gets knots and tangles very easily and when I was ther Christmas 2013 there was always a lot of tears and tempers lost. I saw this brush and immediately realised that Nell would love the brush so I bought it and sent it to New Zealand. We were on Skype on Saturday and you wouldn't believe the transformation, there was Nell brushing her hair so happy and her Mum say a there are no more hair problems, she brushes her own hair and you want to see the shine of it, and there are no more tears. Love this! I tried it first and worked well, my son has very curly hair that gets super tangled. We’ve tried a few other brushes/detanglers that didn’t work well or hurt and he hated getting his hair brushed. This is quick and easy and gets the tangles/knots out right away! I do like this brush. I love the look of all tangle teezers, adorable. As for performance..I have long, straight fine but dense hair, tons of it. I find this brush feels nice and all but it helps if hair is already detangled first. I use it on dry hair which is fine but it can cause some breakage on ends as I’ve seen in sink when I brush. I did get the fragile one to try as it’s supposed to be more gentle. I would say this brush is worth a try for sure overall to the cushion ball tip ones we all have been using forever. Anyway! I have long, thick, naturally wavy hair that I've had issues with tangling/breakage since having highlights put in. I will say that claims of reducing breakage are probably true, but that's only because the brush does absolutely nothing against tangles. The bristles are not strong enough or long enough to have any effect on thick hair, I may as well have been running a bristle-less brush over my hair. I can't speak for those with thin to medium thickness, but if you have thick hair, I wouldn't waste your money.Jamie

When I bought this brush I was hopeful, but skeptical that it wouldn’t be that much better than any other regular brush I’ve used. I decided to take the plunge anyway because I love Amber and her hair always looks amazing when she brushes through her hair with this. I was SO wrong, this brush is absolutely amazing!! I have fine, fragile hair and I felt absolutely no pulling or tangling when I used this for the first time, on messy/tangly hair by the way. I’ve never liked a brush more than this one and will definitely be tossing my wet brush. My hair also looks so good and super smooth after using!! Seriously recommend trying this if you are on the fence, you’ll love it! I also found the price relatively inexpensive for such a an amazing quality brush, definitely worth it.alexrad
This brush is amazing. Anytime I would brush my hair with other brushes, I would be left with a massive poof ball of hair. This brush is not only so gentle, it allows my hair's natural oils to evenly distribute for a sleek, shiny & non poofy outcome. I have 6 girls all with super long hair. 2 of them have insane curls, 3 have bone straight hair and 1 has wavy hair. This brush has made mornings and after baths totally tear free. This detangles all of their hair easily and without any pulling or pain.. they can use it themselves as well. Their hair is also so soft and shiny after using it.. I'm buying a 2nd one to keep on hand. I don't think I can ever use another brush..loljkbeebejones

Amazing for detangling. Like amazing! I use it in the shower with a slippery conditioner because I have a super sensitive scalp aka tender headed. I use it almost everyday because I like the way the bristles feel on my scalp. My one gripe is that it breaks easily. I've been. Through at least five of these brushes because of this. When I use the detangling products it gets on my hands and then the handle gets slippery too which often leaves me dropping this brush frequently. Wish they would either add some rubber grips to the handle or make the frame out of better materials.obie.a
I ordered this on a whim and love everything about it but the overall size and the small handle. It significantly cuts down on drying time and I have very thick, long, ornery hair. I wish the actual bristle portion was a bit bigger and the handle is too short. The handle needs to be a few inches longer with some sort of gripper or anti-slip material. I recommend the brush but would definitely buy a new one if the size was adjusted on future models.Katie
it's a bit on the flimsy side but it appears to be holding up to the brutality of dealing with my head of wool. as an added bonus, it does Not seem to promote the static charge that most brushes i've used in the past have done. major plus for me. it's easy to clean. you just soak it in warm soapy water, rinse and let it dry and it's good to go again. so far none of the "bristles" have broken off or pulled off either. the Only reason it doesn't get the full five stars is the light weigh feel that it has to it. it Feels like it's not going to hold up for long. only time will tell. but for the price and how well it's working so far, meh, if it breaks down, i can just get another one. sure the shipping was slow but hey… it's a cheap, half decent, non-static-y brush. good enough for me!kj
