I got this for my Jon Renau HD wig because it was matted and frizzy just after a few wears and this was recommended to me as a solution. I can’t say this changed my situation much but I don’t think this product is to blame, it’s the quality of the wig I suppose. After coming out with this product the wig is tangled again after wearing it for an hour.
My hairpieces after about a month have been getting frizzy, ratty ends and nothing helped. I just purchased this product and it worked like a charm! I will never be without it. The product works well for both detangling and conditioning. I use it nightly on the ends of NOT heat-friendly synthetic hair, combing it first with a wide tooth comb, then following with a tighter tooth comb, and third, a very close-tooth comb, then using hair clips horizontally to press those wild ends, due to their frizzy, non-friendly-heat pieces. It doesn’t “cure" it, but surely helps!

We own a Newfoundland that loves the water. Last week of June we had a hot spell where temps were in the 90s consistently for days. Nights were humid. Trying to make sure all our dogs had plenty of water, we neglected to do a brush out at night under our Newfies chin and around his ears. Consequently mats formed over the hot days with areas not drying completely which made the mats worse. Mane n tail was recommended, it does work with smaller mats, I spent several moments every day working on the larger mats, following the directions, with very little success. We learned a valuable lesson with our Newfs fur and what we need to do better. Ended up cutting the larger mats to a smaller size, then applying Mane n Tail working on the smaller size mats. Our Newf was very patient but would only hold still for 1015 minutes provided I moved to different areas on his chin, chest and ears. Chewys delivery was great, smell of the product was fine. Its not a miracle mat untangler, also depends on the kind of fur being untangled. Works much better on our Great Pyrenees fur than our Newfie fur.Anonymous

Love, love this product hands down. My weave was frizzy and always tangling up. I used the product on a small portion to see if the weave could be helped… OMG we have life in the weave again. I bought this at Sally's and I wasn't to sure but I tried it anyway because a had a few units that needed a pick me up. It really did work well on both human and synthetic units. On my synthetic ones it didn't leave it heavy or greasy at all, and detangling was very easy. Its suprising light and has a clean smell. It has no parabens, no mineral oil, no petroleum, no phthalate and no animal testing. It revived all my pieces. Definitely will purchase againelyse.s

I have very fine, high porosity (very absorbent), blonde curly hair. I don't have the best of luck with styling creams, some work and some weigh my hair down, some feel very crispy, some make my hair look instantly greasy. This stuff works! I wash and condition (sun bum regular or Pacifica pineapple curls) and then put a little of this styling cream into my wet but not sopping wet hair. Then I sleep on it and in the morning my hair is good to go. Nice natural looking and feeling curls that stay in. It detangles my hair also, which is great because the only time I dare brush my hair is right before a shower. Can't even use a pick on it, fingers only 😐Curly white girl
As someone who has stick straight hair, I love this product. A disclaimer, my hair is not capable of getting that cute scrunched look. If I want curls, heat is my only option. I shower, add the styling cream (smells amazing), air dry overnight, and then curl in the morning. This is the only product that I have used that will help my hair hold the curls in all weather and all day. I also use very minimal hairspray after curling. My hair is living her best life with this curl cream!! I've been Garnier-loyal for over 10 years, but after one use of this cream, I was sold. I have 3 different textures of hair: the front/sides are soft, tight spirals, the back is frizzy, tight spirals, and the underneath is soft and wavy at most. This curl cream brings out the best in all 3 textures and makes all of my hair wildly soft!! I've been a huge fan of Sun Bum for a few years now, so I was amped when I saw that they made special curly hair products! This costs about twice as much as my old curl cream, however, I use about 1/2 to 2/3 what I used to use, and my hair is 10 times as happy. Plus, I trust Sun Bum's commitment to loving the ocean, which is an important factor to consider when choosing your products. I've also been using it with shampoo/conditioners other than Sun Bum's until I finish my old stockpile, and this cream is a stand-alone master.
