Beautiful wig in GL14/22SS. This blonde shade is perfect for my natural brunette skin tone (light to medium neutral leaning toward warm). It's not too warm, nor is it too cool, and it doesn't wash me out. I discovered Gabor recently and love the hairline and softly shaded roots of the shaded shades. The hair is soft and fine. This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. Although I've never tried Raquel Welch's "Winner," Serving Style seems similar to the basic (non-Elite) version of that wig, with the addition of a lace front for off-the-face styling versatility. I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. Perfect color if you’re a brunette and you want to start going lighter and have it look natural. Will put a review on YouTube under “it’s a wonderful wig” since I love this so much. I just started having to wear wigs about 6 months ago and since I don’t have any wig shops near me have had to rely on purchasing solely online which is very scary… this wig exceeded my expectations! Very natural looking on and instantly made me look like I’d just walked out of a salon. I love the rooted color and the highlights- seriously looks completely natural! I recently had extreme hair loss due to alopecia and needed to purchase a wig. I have never had to do anything like this and didn't know where to start. After looking through SEVERAL websites and styles of wigs I chose Always. It came in promptly, less than a week. It was beautiful right out the box. I wanted looser curls so I combed it out and it looked wonderful! Day 1, I wore it for maybe 4 hours out running errands. When I got home the ends were SO matted and tangled. The ends of the wig look like damaged hair, frizzy and crinkled. I have not used any heat and I have not washed it yet. I've worn it out twice and it looks terrible. I did buy the synthetic hair care package and been applying the products as directed. After purchasing this wig I now know what not to get and what to look for in a wig. I really don't think it will be another Raquel Welch wig. I am so disappointed and hate that I spent $150+ on this poor quality wig.Mariah

After I received my order it was apparent that the color was just not a good one for me. I had ordered two wigs, both the same color and found that in person they were just very fake and not a natural look at all. I sent them back and then after reading the instruction found that over half the amount I paid for them was to be deducted due to the various charges they put on returns. I am very upset at this change in policy and cannot see myself using Paula Young Wigs in the future. I have been a faithful customer for over 15 years, so sorry, not anymore.Carol

A few months ago, I ordered the "Alex" wig. I love it! I ordered a second one so that I would always have it ready. While the first one was – and stil is – perfect, the second one is straggly and sloppy looking. When I first took it out of the box and followed directions (shaking, etc,) it looked ok. I put it aside til I could get a styrofoam head. Once I put it on that, it showed itself. I cannot wear it. I have not worn it. Unfortunately, I did take the tag off when I thought it was going to be ok. Please take it back and send me one that looks like the first one.Rosemary

I received the wig in a couple of weeks of ordering..I tried it on but it kept slipping off my head. The velcro tapes were set to the tightest setting. I took the wig to my hairdresser thinking it should be cut as the style was so weird.. She told me to wash it first in fairly hot water so some of the crushing from shipping would come out.. Seriously after wearing it for 30 seconds it looked like I was a cone head!! The inside just above the bangs there is a circle of heavy knit capping.. Not the stretch lace like the rest of the wig liner is made from…This is advertised as a whisper lite wig?…My head dripped with sweat in a few minutes as it just does not breathe the same as my other wigs? My hairdresser suggested it not be cut but to somehow get it made smaller. I have Alopecia so have bought and worn wigs for some years. I have always had wigs come with a stretchy lace type liner with metal adjustable clips on the elastic straps. I live in Canada so not an option to return the wig with the high postage, tax paid and the exchange rate…. So I bought some crazy glue to cinch up the elastic tapes making them shorter.. that was a total mess as the glue did not adhere the same as my other many wigs have done when the elastic stretched out.. I then pinched the material together to sew it on each side to tighten to fit my head.. I have always worn an average size wig… This one with that hard thick cone or dome inside was something else!!! Why did I take the added expense of a hairdresser as well as buying the glue?? The color of the wig and the style now that I have the cap fitting properly suits me to no end!! I look stunning in it and it looks like my own hair. My hairdresser says it does not look at all like a wig….So I made all of these compromises! I suggest that they make this Wig in all sizes so we don't have to glue or sew our fingers trying to make them smaller than Average. I suggest that the Deluxe Soft Touch Grip be sold in a smaller size as wellBrenda

This wig came ready to wear straight out of the box. It seriously looks like human hair. The part is already plucked and the hair is sooooo silky. Definitely worth the purchase.Danna

Have been wearing this wig for at least 8 yrs…and have tried many other styles, but this I’s my favorite and I keep returning. Have ordered MANY of this particular wig, and will continue. Am concerned though, that the colors are being clearanced….and hope this doesn’t mean that the style is on it’s way out. Would love to see this style in a lace front, and/or without the darker color in the back. I think many more customers would buy it.Sharri S.

I adore Voltage! I first got her in SS11/29 Shaded Nutmeg, but I have warm olive (green) skin, and the overall reddish tone of the wig clashes, so I almost never wear her. But she fit so well and was such a lovely style, I decided to buy Voltage in a color I would actually wear. I got the R511G – Gradient Charcoal. She's so pretty, but for some reason, this wig doesn't seem as full or as long as the SS11/29. If it were identical but for color, it'd earn 5 glorious stars from me. I'm mildly disappointed — I still love this wig! (But now that Trend Setter comes in Large cap…)Karen M.

I would highly recommend VogueWigs for both their excellent customer service, and in particular, the Raquel Welch Voltage and Sparkle style wigs. My own hair needed a break from colouring and hairspray, so I decided to order the Sparkle wig about a year ago, and wear it for 6 months. My photo is the Sparkle wig…colour Mocha Foil. loved it so much, that I now wear a wig all the time. The colour and style are similar to my own hair, which has been thinning over the years. I receive compliments frequently, asking who does my cut and colour. My answer is always the same…VogueWigs! Always love the look of surprise! I now have two of each style of wig. Great product. I was told I look 20 yrs. younger. I will be 71 yrs. old in Aug. I am going to order another wig in April. Pending if the color is similar to what Rachel Welch has on, RL29/25. I would like the photos to be more accurate with the color charts. For example, Russet Ginger Blonde can look bright red, compared to "Strawberry," with the wig, RL29/25. The wig I received looked nothing like the one advertised. It fit like it was designed for a child instead of the coverage shown in the photo, and the curls were not the same advertised (only one row instead of two). ;-(David

The quality of this wig is less than expected. I bought the wig for a week long 2 hours each day bible school. The first evening, many strands of the "hair" came loose from the wig. The wig then continued to shed the entire week.pharmtech02

I am so disappointed with the last few wigs! I have been buying the beguile wig for 10 years now and the quality is getting worse, harder to manage! With just wearing it for a couple hours it actually looks like a wig… which I have never had happened before! This is so disappointing, I don’t wear wigs for the fun of it! I have no choice my hair is gone. I am a single mother that works very hard and these wigs are expensive. I buy human hair wigs so it will look as natural as it can! This is the second Raquel Welch human hair wig I have purchased and have been very disappointed in the craftsmanship. Again with this wig the ear tab is not centered and you cannot close it to help secure the wig. I can’t understand why they charge so much for these wigs it do not have a good standard to assure that good quality is leaving their factory. As far as the color of the wig is what I was looking for. It is the density what I was looking for. I did have to work with a hairdresser to get the bangs the way I wanted it. Purchased 2 of these 7 months ago expecting they would last longer by alternating them. One is much thicker than the other. The thinner one is losing hair on top too rapidly so I'm going to have to stop wearing it. The thicker one is also losing hair on top fairly rapidly. A lot of money for an average of 3 1/2 months of wear. Had bangs cut in both of them and the stylist struggled because the hair seemed to be tied differently causing the hair to lay differently on each wig. You must thoroughly condition these as they dry out. I am also getting the friction tangles underneath. I wear them daily. (alopecia universal). Since I have 2 and alternate them I would think they would have lasted longer than this. I DO like the look of them. Receive lots of compliments on my hair.Terry

Colour P99J/530. This was my first lace front human hair wig and I'm very pleased with my purchase. She was so soft when she came out of the box, but needed a lot of TLC after the first wear. After conditioning the wig and styling it, it's back to that baby soft feel and it's lasting more than one wear. The wig is a bit small for my head, which is on the big side, but a couple modifications and it fits perfectly. The colour and bounce are AMAZING. I get lots of compliments on this wig!Courtney M.

I was skeptical to purchase this particular 360 wig because of the price. My sister has one she paid $250.00 for. My Ebonyline 360 looks much better and she's so angry she hadn't heard about Ebonyline before her purchase from another company. She did eventually purchase from Ebonyline. Due to the recent pandemic (COVID-19) we have all been under a great deal of stress. My hair started coming out. As an essential employee, I needed do something to be presentable for work. I ordered the Madison Human Hair wig and received it (with a brown wig cap) in a timely fashion. Although, the hair is not styled exactly as the photo, you can make it similar or your own by playing with it. I put it on, put some light castor oil on my hands and ran it through the hair. Then I used my flat iron at the lowest setting (250 degrees) to give it a few bump curls. I have also put magnetic rollers in it to give it some shape and style. I am considering re-ordering this wig, whlle trying to grow my hair back. I got quite a few compliments while wearing it.Patrice

I received my wig, but one side was too short. I felt the wig needed a little more hair, I liked the density it is light weight which I like. But it did not look as pictured. I did wash it and it was hard getting the shape back.Rochelle

Raquel Welch has the most natural lace fronts, well constructed mono tops, and gorgeous HD hair fiber that is very realistic looking. The SS colors are the best in my opinion, gorgeous. HD hair fiber does become dry quickly so you have to add moisture. Never comb or brush wet wig hair fiber, let it dry completely. I wash mine by letting it soak in cool water with a cap full of fabric softener for an hour. Then I take it out, squeeze excess water or blot with towel and hang on hanger with clip and let air dry. I buy the hangers with rubber clip used to hang skirts. Use HD moisture spray for dryness as well. Spray, let dry, comb with very wide tooth wig comb or wig brush.SunnyOne
