This product appears well made and has a good price but the pictures of it are misleading. They call it a wig which would indicate a full wig. It is only pigtails and bandana. It requires a hat to be worn with it. Showing a guy wearing it with matching blond hair is completely misleading.DRMil

I've had this wig over a year now (15-16 months). I absolutely love the look but even with caring for it and brushing it daily (the days I wore it) the very back gets severely tangled. I will still wear the wig, but only if I want to be bothered with brushing longer than usual. If you wear wigs often I recommend maybe switching wigs out, but either way this is a great wig for the price. Bought it on Amazon for $17 so I can't really complain. Definitely became my go-to for like 9 months straight. I didn't have issues with tangling until the end of that period.andréa.g

Purchased this wig for use as a theatrical prop which I needed to get changed into in less than a minute between acts. Have also clipped a hat onto it using kirby grips for speed. Easy to put on with the help of assistant who checks it's the right way round. Looks good, unlike many fancy dress wigs I've used, this one really does look like the publicity photo on the package. Maintains it's shape and doesn't flap about, even after a few quick changes. The specs are a nice addition, although I haven't used them as I use a metal framed set for my act. All in all, worth the money as it does the job at a budget price.thor846

I used to love Forever Young wigs. They were practically the only wig I wore. And I wear them full time so I know my stuff. When I opened this box, I could not believe it. Thin, rough, hair that looks like a rats nest. And the length on these is absolutely inaccurate. I have no idea what happened to Forever Young, but this is the second disaster of a wig that I have purchased from them. Lesson learned. Something happened and they have lost their quality. Check the dates on the positive reviews here and you'll see that they are all several years old. Then there's Vouge Wigs return policy. By the time I make this return, I would have spent fully half of what I paid for them on shipping, charges and random fees. Go take a thorough look at their return policy. It's a mess, and the customer gets screwed. So goodbye Forever Young and Vogue Wigs. I miss your former quality.Holly

I bought this wig a long time ago and it sat in the box for a while. Finally pulled it out because my other curly wigs were just too hot this summer, and so glad I did. I get compliments all the time from people who have no idea it's a wig. I love seeing their shocked faces when I tell them. Anyway, the only reason it sat is bcs it's a bit shorter than I would like. I wish FY would make the exact same wig 2 inches longer. The curl is absolutely beautiful and matches my bio-hair curl. Very soft texture and good quality, no shedding. Holds curl without product so it stays soft and dry. No crunchy wet look. You can't beat this wig and definitely get more than you paid for. I trimmed the bangs a good 1/2 inch and that was it. I’m very happy with this wig considering how inexpensive it is. The cap is comfortable and fit my larger head with no issues. I do wish it had clips, but I can add those on my own. The curls are glamorous without looking too overdone, and the bangs help the wig look more natural by covering the hairline. The hair is extremely shiny so I added some dry shampoo powder. I ordered the Honey Blonde which was actually more of a orange with blonde highlights, but it is still attractive.Haley

I have purchased this wig from you many times. It has always been my favorite and I have received many compliments when wearing it. So when the website said ‘final sale’, I wasn’t concerned because I was so familiar with this style. But when I put it on, it was not the usual fullness. The ends were so thin that they didn’t style! I called customer service and was told it is a different manufacturer and no return because it’s a final sale. Now I have to spend another $50.00 to get it cut and styles just so that it’s wearable. I really like this Raquel upstage wig. Lots of ways to style, love the lace front, mono top and the color I chose. Shaded ice pumpkin spice. Plus it's heat friendly. I washed it once so far and put a clip on the back wig tag and hung it upside down in my shower, it dried quickly. A personal choice for me was to use got2be in the black tube to hold also a velvet wig band to prevent slippage. I would definitely buy it again, but I'm also wanting to try Untold Story by Raquel. I also like the color firey copper. Use only products made for heat friendly synthetic wigs and a round air brush on low to style. I would give 5 stars but the lace ftont doesn't lay flat without a bit of work and got2be glue.Cathy

I absolutely LOVE Upstage Petite by Rachel Welch. It is perfect right out of the box. I won't even get bangs cut in this one (and I always wear bangs – LOL). The texture is soft and the density is just right. The color is beautiful (Iced Mocha). The cap size is very small – even for a Petite. I had to loosen the straps all the way out, otherwise it was too tight. But, I do have long hair that I wear up in a mesh wig cap – so maybe it would be OK for someone with very fine short hair.Erin W.

Have been wearing this wig for at least 8 yrs…and have tried many other styles, but this I’s my favorite and I keep returning. Have ordered MANY of this particular wig, and will continue. Am concerned though, that the colors are being clearanced….and hope this doesn’t mean that the style is on it’s way out. I have alopecia and so have been wearing wigs for quite awhile now. I usually spend mega $$$$ on wigs as I have to wear them every day. I’ve purchased other less expensive wigs in the past and they look okay but this one? It’s a winner! It’s a little “top heavy” in that I’m not used to a lot of poof on the top of my head. I’ve received a lot of compliments; in fact, a woman at the supermarket asked me where I got my hair done. I had been wanting to try a different wig brand for a while, and after seeing Hairdo on QVC a number of times, I figured I'd give it a try…and I'm glad I did! I bought the Short Textured Cut in Medium Brown Gold. It is so lightweight it was easy for me to forget I was wearing it! The hair is soft and easy to style in different ways, and there is minimal ‘perma-tease’, which helps make it look more realistic (in my opinion). This wig fit my head perfectly right out of the box, but that might be due to the fact I have a smaller-than-average head. I’m not a wig fit expert, but if it helps, these are my head measurements (which fall into the small-cap category of 21"–13"-11.5"–11.5"—13"–4"): 21.5” – Head circumference (hairline around the head and nape of neck); 13.0” – Forehead to nape of neck (hairline center of forehead over crown to hairline at nape of neck); 12.0” – Ear-to-ear across front hairline (base of side burn along forehead to side burn base of other ear); 11.5” – Ear-to-ear over top of head (hairline directly above the ear over top of head to top of other ear); 12.5” – Temple to temple (across back of the head); 4.0” – Nape of neck (width of hairline across nape of the neck). The ear tabs didn’t completely cover my hair on the sides, but it covered enough to blend with my own to give a natural appearance. I had no problem with coverage at the nape of my neck; the wig sat nicely and covered my natural hair just fine with no slippage. I typically slick my hair back and fasten it toward the nape of the neck with a few barrettes, which I think helps keep the wig from slipping. Be advised that if you are looking for more of a brown color, you probably don't want this wig. The gold/blonde highlights make up the bulk of the color on this wig (front and back), which is what I was looking for…but it may not be for everyone. I’m posting three pics to this review so you can see what my natural hair looks like (not styled), what it looks like slicked back, and what the wig actually looks like on. The photos were taken in front of a window (natural light) on an overcast day. I ordered a total of six Hairdo wigs in Medium Brown with Gold, thinking there would be some I wouldn’t like and would have to return…but I ended up loving (and keeping) all of them! I am extremely impressed with the quality of these wigs and look forward to trying more styles. Don't let the price point fool you into thinking these are low-quality. They are fantastic!KrankyGirl
