After I wash the wig I sprayed the wig not reading the directions before hand that a little goes a long way, since I sprayed too much and had to rewash it because it was too oily. After I installed the wig I use the product to keep the hair looking shiny. But the wig seem kinda worn out even tho I only had it in for a few days and only using the spray at night. Since then, I've had no reason to switch brands. It seems like a small bottle (8oz), but you only use a small amount in a sink full of water so a bottle lasts a long time. (I probably average 6 months per bottle, but your mileage will vary with the length of your wig, and how often you shampoo it). My wig is synthetic BTW.
