I give the shipping department 5 stars the box was roughly handled but the contents were unaffected ( see 1st photo) The manufacturing I give 2-1/2 stars. I had 3 pieces that were made too short. I have the skills to fix this but it was a lot more work than I wanted to put into this (see 2nd photo). The nails that were supplied to secure the back panel had 1 piece that missed the final processing. It didn't have the ridges that the other nail had and the end was not sharp. I sharpened it and used it (see the 3rd photo). The instructions were better than most but it was missing one important detail. Before nailing the back panel in place, make sure you check the diagonal dimentions to ensure the cabinet is square. If someone doesn't know to do this, it could ruin the assembly. The finish was not well done. I had 3 areas that I needed to touch up (see the 4th photo). I only showed one to save space. One more vital piece of information was not found on the web site but is important for buyers. The depth of the shelves is 13-3/4" deep. I finished the assembly and I am happy with the end results (see the 5th photo). If you have the skills to overcome the manufacturing issues, or if these little defects don't bother you, then you will be happy with this. All-in-all, 3 stars is the best I can give this product.John

Misaligned doors: It’s time consuming, expect at least 5 hours to put it together. All goes well until we mounted the doors to the cabinet. The cabinet and doors are all square but….. No matter how you adjust the hinges, or flip the doors, there is a 3/8” drop between the top of the doors. Company offered to send new pieces, but the problem is that the predrilled holes for the hinges are a bit misaligned. It’s up to you whether that detail is acceptable. All else is acceptable, the finish and assembly.Frances
Great product. Box upon delivery weighs 100 lbs. Delivery made by FedEx and box was nearly broken in half and one corner was of box was severely damaged and almost torn off. Contents were secured by styrofoam that held up well to protect contents. Only small dents were noticed on the backboard piece of the cabinet. Dimensions are mentioned, I got deceived by the pic, it turned out to be small both in width and height. Certainly don’t recommend. If I have a chance would like to return the product, but I have already assembled it, so not worth the effort of dismantling, repackaging and ship.kishore
This bookcase definitely wasn’t my first choice I rlly wanted the IKEA bookshelves but they haven’t restocked in five months! So I went with these the directions are alittle complicated and u definitely have to take ur time to adjust the doors to get them right I got my fiancé to help me I don’t think I could have done it myself. The bad thing is the smell! It smells like straight chemicals they place labels on every back panel saying it’s painted but non toxic yeah ok! If you are sensitive to smells do not purchase. If I had a sheltered carport or porch I would have built them out there and let them sit outside a couple of days to air out but unfortunately I don’t have one. It almost gave me a sick headache it literally was so bad I had to spray febreeze while building it. And the house smelled like it I had to light a bunch of candles. I literally wouldn’t recommend them cause the smell and I don’t think there worth the price! If you do buy these you should build them outside and let them sit a couple days idk wat it is maybe the paint or the factor they were made.Amy H.
I'm honestly pretty disappointed with this shelving unit. It came pretty dinged up and with a lot of visual issues. The white of the pieces were peeling pretty badly on some of the pieces. The two sides of the shelves were unfinished on the top so you could see the wood which looked bad. Not only that but it was an awful exprience to build. I built a set of drawers and a desk with shelves just recently that were both MUCH easier to build than these shelves were. It just felt needlessly complicated in some areas and I feel like they could have used some better methods. I wish the process had gone better because the size of it is perfect for what I was looking for and I liked how it looked in the picture.Dani

I purchased three of these cabinets for my new workshop and home garage. It does take some time to put them together, but the pieces are labeled. The only issue with labeling that I found was the numbers on the hardware didn't match the numbers on the instruction sheet. My wife and I had to look at the specs and match the numbers to the ones on the instruction sheet. The instructions are well done and if you follow them as they are laid out, the cabinet goes together pretty nicely. The third build went really quickly as we had a good system devised by then. Two issues I with they would address are the following: 1. I cannot find rolling casters for this cabinet on the companies website as is directed in the instructions 2. There is a ton of space inside the cabinet and I could use a couple more shelves as there is a lot of wasted space unless i put tall items inside. I did find extras shelves that could be purchased, but they along with the shelf hooks would run an additional $50.00 per shelf. I know that doesn't seem like a lot, but after spending what I did on three units, I am not sure the wife would appreciate additional cost. They are nice cabinets and they look really good in the shop and garage. I hope to purchase a couple more someday. I hope to find some rolling casters soon.
Overall, I feel this cabinent is a good one. It seems strong enough to hold a good amount of wait, sits level and works as expected. The panels and back seem a little flimsy, and it's held together by small screws. I was shorted about 10 screws and 2 holes for the backets on the front to protect the corners and edge were completely drilled wrong. Didn't even come close to lining up 2 of the 4 holes.Adam
These are very nice cabinets, and not terribly difficult to assemble…the main issue is that it's not made clear that "right" and "left" sides are determined while viewing from the FRONT. Putting them together is best done in stages, and we used an 8 foot table to lay the sides and doors on to assemble, to save crawling around on the floor…we also used small marked containers to sort the various screws and parts, which made it much easier. The numbers on the bags of screws are difficult to read. The cabinets come with a magnetic screw driver and an inexpensive wrench. Only issue we had there is that on of the screw drivers was NOT magnetic….and you do need a magnetic one. We actually were able to use a drill driver for most of the screws, and were grateful we had two cabinets and so had a second screw driver. You should be aware that the boxes these come in are extremely heavy, and plan accordingly. Larger type on the instructions would also have been nice–some of the stuff was very difficult to read…we are please with them, and glad shipping was included in the price.Rocky85

Cabinet assembly instructions are easy to understand. Cabinet was delivered without any missing or warped parts. I was able to assemble it by myself even though instructions show two people to assemble. The cabinet is not a heavy duty resin which makes it overpriced, but it works perfectly for my inside the garage uses. I think it would not be waterproof outdoors.DIY Grandma
