First off, the item I was given to try seems to be different from the item I'm left to review on here. Pictures of the actual product have been provided. Anywho, mine is a gold cream product that dries fast and actually leaves my nails shiny and cuticles moisturized like it promised! I totally wasn't expecting it to perform well, but I'm glad it did. The fast drying made it convenient for me to do my homework on my laptop. It peels off easily too. It has a fresh, floral, almost powder-like smell, but it's light and not overwhelming at all. The sponge tip allows for the cream to be buffed out which I liked because the alternative would've been to use my fingertips which would've made a mess. My cuticles have been dry and my gel nail polish on my thumb has gotten dinged up so it's lost a lot of its shine. After taking off the mask, my cuticles are moisturized with less cracks. The polish on my nail got some of its shine back without ruining the polish too which I'm stoked about. I recommend this product to touch up your cuticles and old polish. It makes for a fun little bonus to your spa day! I never knew nail masks existed, but I'm glad to know now through this free product to test.
This review is for Sally Hansen Revive Peel off Nail Mask. I’ve never used a nail mask before. The smell is a lovely coconut scent similar to the Colourpop SOL body highlighters. It smells like a coconutty sun screen and summer goodness. The applicator is very nice as well, it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury highlighter/contour products that come out of a spongey applicator tip. The product itself is even shimmery gold like a beautiful facial cosmetic product would be, but this is just for your finger tips and nails! I do my nails entirely at home these days, and sometimes my cuticles give it away. I noticed they looked a lot more calm, flush against my fingertips/nails, like healthy hydrated cuticles should look. The only complaints: I don’t think my sample contains the hyaluronic acid it boasts elsewhere (I’ve read and reread the ingredients list of the product I was sent and compared it to the ingredients list online), and mine wouldn’t peel off very easily. The instructions say to apply a “small amount” and “thin layer” to each nail/finger tip/cuticle, but that’s too subjective. I applied too thin and it wouldn’t peel off my nail. I got better results from applying enough product to reach the gold pigmentation of the product’s opacity, then it peeled off easier. Either way, you can just rinse it off, too. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is my absolute new favorite nail polish! I thought that it being natural would result in less durability but I was a soap wrong. Regular nail polish lasts me about a week at the most. With the Sally Hansen natural mail strengthener underneath, two coats of this polish and a quick-drying top coat from another brand, this has lasted a week and a half now and doesn’t show any sign of chipping. I absolutely hate waiting for polish to dry. We all got stuff ta to you know? What's worse is waking up realizing that you've somehow smeared your polish that should have dried hours ago in your sleep. Can anyone relate? Well that was not happen with this polish. It dries so quickly that unless you're just not paying attention you can't mess it up. It goes on well too, as well as any polish I've tried and I don't buy the cheap stuff. Here's the cons. It chips easily if you do not wear gloves when doing work around the house or if you have to wash your hands a lot. It's also hard to remove. I scrub and scrub and the three kinds I have with shimmer in them, the glitter wants to hang on no matter what. Then there's the health of my nails. I'm pretty sure that this polish has made my nails peel at the tips so it's probably drying my nails. Ok so if you need a quick manicure this is the polish for you. If you hate waiting or just don't have time to wait this is the polish for you. I would recommended trying a base coat, which I am going to try soon, to see if it helps the issues I've mentioned.Brynn
This is some of the best nail polish I've tried, and I do home manis every week. The colors are on point, more unique than other brands which is one thing I love about this brand. This formula dries smooth and clear, and lasts. I wash my hands a lot and polish only lasts 2-3 days before I need a touch up, but it's easy to touch up and color blends smoothly. Best of all, it does dry quickly which is a huge selling point for me because I tend to paint my nails before bed while winding down and watching TV, and never seem to leave enough time for them to dry before I'm ready for bed! This was my first time trying Essie and I am extremely impressed. It's quick dry in about a minute meaning I can do right before bed and it's not wrecked in the morning. I was also impressed with my application because normally I 'colour outside the lines' lol. But it wasn't me- it's their first ever angled brush that makes applying with your non-dominant hand a breeze. It also has amazing staying power- one coat lasted over 10 days. This vegan formula is made without formaldehyde, toluene and a bunch of other chemicals or animal derived ingredients. My only very small complaint is that you need 2-3 coats or you can see through to your nails but since it's quick dry, it's not really a big deal. I bought a CEO mini system and a mini of Starstruck. The CEO was nice, but since it’s flat and dark, wear at the tips was more noticeable. Still it lasted pretty well. The Starstruck is a really nice color. Though I’m not a fan of “rose gold” products, it’s a little like that. It looks gold at times, beige at times, and slightly pink at times. It goes with anything! I’ll attach pictures of my nails (my hands aren’t pretty, but thank God for them anyway!) after three weeks with the same manicure that I did myself. Note that I trimmed the tips at mid point bc my nails were getting too long, AND it also got rid of wear at the free edges. The only place all ten of them are not covered is where my nails have grown from the cuticle. I also used ridge filler in my process. It’s a good product and I’ll keep buying. I find this color applied easily after the addition of 8 drops of Revive, even to my brand new bottle. Revive is the key to achieving smooth and even coverage with all the benefits of the Dazzle Dry System. I check my top coat before each mani and pedi and usually add the solvent to it as well. Again, this is an expected step for ensuring the perfect consistency to make this polish last as intended. My mani has been going strong for a solid week, and i'm only planning to change it so I can try another DD color. There are educational videos you can watch to learn this system. I know this soft color will be a staple in my nail polish collection and I'll enjoy it for years to come. I can confidently use the entire bottle with the addition of Revive and cleaning the neck of the bottle with pure acetone to it's sealed completely.Suzanne
This is my second polish to try from Dazzle Dry. I purchased it along with Prima Ballerina and the mini system. I am completely awe struck at how well this polish lasts! I am a pediatric PT so my hands are my tools. They take a lot of abuse- along with constant hand washing /sanitizing they are constantly getting banged up on equipment. Most polish chips within a day or two. If I don’t get chips I get dings and dents. So far not with DD. At First Blush is a very soft white. I love a white mani but find most whites too “harsh” for me. This is perfect if you’re looking for a “softer” white with full coverage. I did need 3 coats and could probably have done another but I tend to do very thin coats- being used to regular acrylic polish which takes forever to dry. I do think there is a learning curve to using DD and this is only my second mani. But I’m here for it! this was only my second time using gel polish, and i’ll never use another brand. opi’s gel polish is lightweight and apply easily like their normal polishes which is amazing compared to the very thick gel i’ve tried previously. this specific color is a little bit sheer which is to be expected with sparkly shades. the color payoff is gorgeous and it lasted well. it didn’t start chipping until right around the 1 1/2 week mark but it was very minimal. the gel soaked off SO easily. i soaked for 15 mins in acetone and most of the polish on each nail came off in one layer and minimal scraping had to be done. my nails were still flexible with this gel (which i prefer) and not rock hard like they would be with some other gel brands. i can’t wait to buy more colors of this gel!!carissa b.
If you’re looking for the best nail polish, you must use the OPI collections. The base top coat from OPI are the best!!! They help your nails look like you got them done at the nail salon. You literally can’t go wrong using this brand and top coat. It is pricey for $13 on one bottle but if you know how to use it wisely and not over apply the top coat, then it can last a long time for you. Just don’t store your polish near direct sunlight or heat. It needs to be stored in a cool place and preferably in dark place so polish doesn’t dry out. This helps my nail polish last 3 weeks, before you start to see chipping. I will keep buying this brand. I bought it as a bundle that saves you about $4 ($22.50 for base top) otherwise you’re paying for 1 at $13 each. You need both to help keep your nails looking like it was done at the nail salon. Plus infinite shine by OPI is really the best than the regular OPI base top coat.michelle.k
I bought "The Pass Is Always Greener" a gorgeous pastel green! Typically the Infinite Shine polishes are very forgiving & self leveling depending on the shade you get, however this one was not. I found this polish had to be floated delicately over the nail plate vs how you typically apply it because it will gum up quickly and it will streak very badly which a second coat will not cover up well. Even with floating the polish, there is still something to be desired with the way this polish applies because it is just streaky in general. Disappointing because I love the color but it will probably just go on my toes so no one can see the flaws.Sarah

I used good nail prep, a base coat, two coats of pure, and a top coat. I have been adding a top coat daily to try to get longer wear. I am on day 5 without any chips. My tips on my dominant hand are worn off but otherwise it is in great shape. It barely shows. It makes my nails look clean versus having a noticeable color. When I compared my painted and unpainted hand it was definitely noticeable.Me42
This nail polish is good when it's brand new but after having it even for a month or two, the quality is horrible. It's clumpy and impossible to apply smoothly. I don't think it's worth the money if you have to use it all right away. I don't have this same issue with other "17 free" polishes so I don't think it has anything to do with how it's stored. I bought this because I’m pregnant and trying to avoid all of the harmful chemicals I can. This polish is free from the 17 harmful chemicals found in all other types of polish, so I wasn’t expecting it to work very well. However, this might be the best nail polish I’ve ever used! It glides on perfectly, I only needed one coat, it dries fairly quickly and I didn’t notice a single chip until about a week later. My favorite nail polishes! Seriously! I've thrown all away my other nail polishes that went bad within months (*Cough* Essie). This version of Sally Hansen is a long lasting and fast drying that do not chip, in my experience. The flat rectangular brush allows me to better apply the nail polish with little to no mess which is a plus for me! Why? Because I am terrible at painting my nails with the regular brushes. Some colors only need one coat and you're set!! I finish it off with the top coat of Color Thearpy to give it a nice shine. For those wondering, I use Sally Hansen Hard as Nails as a base. Did I mention how inexpensive they are?! Only $6 or $7 at Walmart!! I have been using this shade of nail polish (on my toenails) for years, and I hope Sally Hansen never stops making it. In clothing, I wear a lot of black with blues, greens, purples and pinks, but I occasionally wear brown and orange tones. This nail polish looks great with any of these colors. It will take on a pinkish cast with cool colors and somewhat cinnamon cast with warm colors. I am very picky when it comes to overall continuity in color, and this shade goes with everything. This is my first Target review which I had to write because this nail color is so rich, dries quickly, has a gel-like finish, lasts for days, and best of all: your nails are truly in better shape when you remove it. Prior to reading about the color "rosy quartz" on an obscure blog I always bought high end nail polishes and was skeptical of SH color. But I loved this blogger's nail color and she had a link, so I thought I'd give it a try… and now it is my go-to pink! I recently bought the red, and it is just as lovely. And, it didn't stain my nails like other reds do. I can remove it all with one pad unlike other polishes. The first week I wore the pink (my first color) I was shocked at how nice my nails looked after I removed the polish. Though I'm a former nail biter, and have nice and healthy nails now (thanks to years of vitamins, careful care, and treatments), the nails under this polish after wearing it for a few days are gorgeous and healthy looking in a way they've never been. The fine ridges have disappeared and I no longer have to buff prior to polishing. They have a nice look to them even after I take off the polish, almost like they've been heavily moisturized! And they are so strong I catch myself doing things with them I should like opening cans, etc, with zero breakage. The polish had a strong smell. This smell (after painting my nails) would eventually disappear in a couple of days. Experience using it: I painted the nails on both hands, using neither a base nor top coat – two thin coats on my left hand, and two thick coats on my right hand. The bristles of the brush fanned out readily, covering my whole nail (and more, for smaller nails) in one fell swoop. Thinner coats dried fairly quickly, while thick coats took forever (45 mins!) to dry. After drying, my left hand had semi-sheer paint (this made the colour look like the pinkish taupe on the website), while my right hand had opaque paint (purplish taupe). The polish was glossy enough to make me skip putting a top coat. The polish lasted for over a week, but the polish on the sides of my nails chipped away within 3-4 days of applying the polish. That said, this only happened to the nails of fingers I use the most; the polish on my ring fingers and pinkies remained completely intact (I'm still waiting for them to show signs of wear). Even while chipping/wearing away, the polish remained perfectly smooth and pearly on my nails. Although I love Essie Nail Polish, I will give an honest review for this product. The colour that I got was Jewels and Jacquard. The outcome of the colour is actually prettier than I thought but it is not a colour that I would personally pay for. I prefer colours that my outfit can easily match. I love the brush the Essie gel couture nail polish has; It makes it very easy for me to apply. The Essie gel couture nail polish also dries in no time. If it were not for this colour, I would say that I totally love this Essie gel couture nail polish. I received this as a #freeproduct from Top Box to review. I have used this nail polish before and its a great polish to use. It lasts a lot longer than other nail polish brands, so you're not always having to redo your nails. Normally I wouldn't use such a light color, I prefer brighter more bold colors, but this pink was pretty on my finger nails. I do recommend using a primer color under this pink (Gossamer Garments) unless you like the sheerness of light pink. This was a cute color for my toe nails. I did find the brush to be a little big for my nail bed, which would leave a little polish on the side of my toe, but nothing a q-tip and remover can't fix! I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was sick of the colours you would get from OPI or the drugstore that just felt a bit too childish – I love pink and purple but I don’t need my nails to look like a kids bedroom wall. This nail polish is what I’ve been looking for! Subtle and creamy this just looks expensive on and is definitely for that ballerina off duty aesthetic everyone’s into atm. I usually redo my nails weekly – this nail polish last for that time. It does chip after that but I don’t use a base or top coat. I decided to treat myself to this after usually only buying standard nail polishes. Reading the reviews I went ahead and was really excited to try it out. The initial application was great, went on really well and dried quite quickly. However, less than 24 hours later, 8 out of my 10 nails are chipped, and the varnish has actually peeled off two of my nails altogether! I only did my toenails, not my fingernails, so it’s not as if my nails have been bashed about with general day to day. I’m so upset that I’ve wasted £15 on this, it’s such a lot of money to me and in my honest opinion, the varnish isn’t even worth £1!Ckelly24
I have been all about nails and nail polish since I was a little girl. What little birthday and pocket money I got as a kid went to nail polish. For the last 12 years, my work has involved working with a lot of paper and a lot of typing. I'm hard on manicures and keyboards. I average 1 key board every 3 years or so. I've tried every kind of gel and top coat. Most rub off on paper, leaving streaks or rub off the tips. I bought Miracle Gel on a whim. And I was AMAZED. It is so quick to apply, and it holds up. I've been able to get anywhere from between 5-12 days from this polish. And the best part? No light and no soaking. It comes off with regular acetone with no scrubbing or soaking. This is probably one of my favourite nail polishes. I love the shade of green and the non-goopy application of it. It’s also lasted longer than any of the other expensive polish brands I own (all the ones that promise no chips for two weeks and then they chip next day no matter how careful you are). I’ve gotten a bit less than a week’s wear out of it, but even now it’s only a couple chips on a few fingers, which is to be expected because I’m a mom of young kids, so I am constantly doing something with my hands and washing them. I see other reviewers mentioning how sheer applications are, which is true, but it just means you need a couple extra coats, which honestly isn’t a big deal; I find that most polishes, no matter how much coverage they give you, need additional coats anyways. It's my own fault. I keep buying Sally Hansen products and 90% of the time, they disappoint me. This one is my biggest mistake. Like other reviewers have said, The Moonstone color looks much more appealing in the bottle. When I paint my nail, it's so thin and barely shows. I have to do three coats just to see anything. Unfortunately, it looks and feels like those cheap nail polishes meant for children. I figured it could be used as a cute top coat since it's so clear, but it goes on clumpy and somehow there's tiny air bubbles? The only positive is that it does dry within 60 seconds. I got this back in June from my local sallys beauty store, to paint my nails before I left for California. Never painted my nails until today. The bottle is not even 3 months old and omg it is horrible. The color is so beautiful but the application was applying like it is was a oldie. Streaks, very splotchy not at all impressed. Even with the double duty polish by sally hansen there is no saving this horrible nail polish. Air bubbles, smears so easily even though I waited 10 minutes to make sure it was dry. It’s possible I got a bad batch, but my experience with this polish was terrible. I got the ‘My Ca-Banana’ colour. The first time I used it, I couldn’t get it to go on my nails evenly at all, it was extremely streaky and formed clumps that wouldn’t smooth out. I kept trying and ended up needing to do three and a half coats to get it opaque. I let each coat dry in front of a fan on high for 10 minutes, and 20 minutes after I had finished, I bumped my toe into the corner of a table and the polish came right off of that nail in one clump. I initially chocked this up to me not having painted my own nails in a very long time and maybe just doing too many coats so I took it all off and tried again.
I did two thin coats, drying for 10 minutes between, over 40 hours ago now and I can /still/ press my fingernail into it and leave an obvious dent. It was tacky up until about 24 hours after applying. Dont bother with this nail polish, any other cheap nail polish would be better.Onyx Cave

The nail polish is nice. applies easily and dries a bit faster than other brands. during the first few hours it'll get scratches or texture until it's 100% set. (it was completely dry when I went to sleep, passed the fingerprint test, but had random scratches the next morning). after it dried it became seemingly indestructible. I work in a warehouse, I use tools and have my hands in machines all day and it didn't chip at all. (I used 3 coats) however i had another shade that chipped and budged just from washing dishes and playing with a one year old. in any other case I'd say its way too expensive to risk getting a shade that has a 50/50 chance of chipping easily, but target has a good return policyM

Essie has great new limited edition fall colors just in time for "swetta weatha" and I'm really feeling them. I have Feelin' Amped, High Voltage Vinyl and Off the Record. My two favorites are Feelin' Amped and High Voltage Vinyl. Feelin' Amped is an intense but unique blue that reminds of a mix between cobalt blue and peacock blue. You only need one coat of polish since the polish covers very well and has a really smooth, shiny finish. This color would also look amazing if you added a mattifying powder to it as well. High Voltage Vinyl is a gorgeous onyx base with gold. I didn't like it very much at first because I was probably still in summer mode, but now that it's fall, this color would go perfectly with a pair of black jeans and a black leather jacket. It's an interesting color since it takes on olive green tint in some lights, but in the sun, you can definitely see the beautiful gold tones. Off the Record is your classic, elegant wine color. It goes well with any outfit and any skin tone…You can't go wrong with a nice merlot color…it's perfect for this season and the next!Lovely1

I love this polish. My manicurist uses it as the base when I do french tips or nail art where I want a natural-looking base. It is very light and very natural looking. These photos are two thin coats of satin slippers, and as you can see it looks like my natural nail. It's natural looking enough that when my nails grow or the polish inevitably starts to lift away, you can't tell just by looking at my nails. That's part of the reason I do this so often because it grows out prettier. 🙂 All that said, I love it for my use, and I knew when I bought my own bottle what to expect. This is the first time I have ordered from Beyond polish. I was excited to try all the products I ordered. The first time I used the bottom coat it bubbled and did not lay flat or smooth. I thought it was my nails, so i removed the coating and buffed and used a nail strengthener for about a week and a half. Last night I tried again and the bottom bubbled again and the color used seperated on my nails. I am very disappointed in the product and probably wont use the site again, as when I looked up why this would happen, several sites said it is due to old thick polish. I can only use CND gel polish because all the others either chip or cause my nails to crack. I have used the same nail manicurist for 15+ years and we joke if she ever closes her shop or moves she has agreed to come to my house and do my mani/pedi for as long as I want them! I was a little bit skeptical at first but OPI is a great quality brand so I was happy to try the two colors. The light peachy polish went on a little streaky but I was able to do 3 coats and it looked fine. The pink one was fine. Both applied smoothly and dried pretty quickly, which I was very happy with. I used a base coat and top coat, expecting some chipping to happen pretty quickly as I get with most polishes, but surprisingly I went nearly 6 days with no chips! And the chip I did get was very small. Super durable despite gardening, doing dishes, etc. I'm excited to buy other colors! This is definitely my fave nail polish and is better than other brands I have tried. I really like the message behind this line of nail polishes. I try to be more eco conscious with my purchases so I feel really good about buying this line vs. other nail polishes. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for more sustainable nail polish options, but honestly even if you don't care about any of that this is a great nail polish!Awold
I love this color nail polish ! It's the perfect shade 💖 The name of this nail polish is cute It's called "Knowledge is Flower " 🌸 lol how cute is that! I like that the pigment is strong so with one coat if you do it right will cover the whole nail. I only went in with two coats of nail polish but I like that it didn't show any streaks. Also fun fact is this nail polish is vegan.. like whaaat ! That's really nice. Now I bought this as a set of two and I didn't really like the lighter shade that nail polish is called "A clay in the life " It is a lighter pink shade but because the pigment is as strong it's streaky. Excuse my crusty nails lolangie .b
I recently got the opportunity to try two of OPI's new Nature Strong nail polish. This polish claims it's vegan, made with 75% natural GMO-free ingredients and 20% recycled plastic. I did not realize nail polish wasn't naturally vegan, but read that some of the pigments and thickening agents can come from animal sources! Naturally I was hesitant about a "natural" nail polish, but as per usual OPI continues to impress. I used Knowledge is Flower on most of my nails, a beautiful pink/light mauve polish. This color is classic, would look good with most skin tones and went on flawlessly and smooth! I could've gotten away with one coat, but I added a second to cover up some spots I missed. I did an accent nail of A Clay in the Life, which is an ivory nude color. This one seemed a little thinner, as some nudes do, and took two coats for mostly full coverage, but could've used a third. I'm naturally fair skinned with neutral undertones and thought A Clay in the Life worked well on me, but was a little disappointed by the coverage in 2 coats. The formula on both is smooth, consistent and dried as quickly as normal OPI polish. I would happily purchase more colors of this environmentally conscious nail polish and recommend it to friends! OPI claims this polish is long lasting with up to 7 days of wear. I wore both colors with Duri Rejuvacote as a base coat and Seche Vite on top (which kind of defeats the purpose of natural nail polish!) and I started to get a few small chips on my pointer fingers by day 3. This is pretty typical for me with regular nail polish, so not off putting. I love OPI polish and will definitely try more colors from this Nature Strong line.Whitney1

I bought a CEO mini system and a mini of Starstruck. The CEO was nice, but since it’s flat and dark, wear at the tips was more noticeable. Still it lasted pretty well. The Starstruck is a really nice color. Though I’m not a fan of “rose gold” products, it’s a little like that. It looks gold at times, beige at times, and slightly pink at times. It goes with anything! I’ll attach pictures of my nails (my hands aren’t pretty, but thank God for them anyway!) after three weeks with the same manicure that I did myself. Note that I trimmed the tips at mid point bc my nails were getting too long, AND it also got rid of wear at the free edges. The only place all ten of them are not covered is where my nails have grown from the cuticle. I also used ridge filler in my process. It’s a good product and I’ll keep buying. Please get a Starstruck System in stock! ***Well, I don’t see a way to post the pictures. 🤷🏻♀️
I find this color applied easily after the addition of 8 drops of Revive, even to my brand new bottle. Revive is the key to achieving smooth and even coverage with all the benefits of the Dazzle Dry System. I check my top coat before each mani and pedi and usually add the solvent to it as well. Again, this is an expected step for ensuring the perfect consistency to make this polish last as intended. My mani has been going strong for a solid week, and i'm only planning to change it so I can try another DD color. There are educational videos you can watch to learn this system. I know this soft color will be a staple in my nail polish collection and I'll enjoy it for years to come. I can confidently use the entire bottle with the addition of Revive and cleaning the neck of the bottle with pure acetone to it's sealed completely.Suzanne
This is my second polish to try from Dazzle Dry. I purchased it along with Prima Ballerina and the mini system. I am completely awe struck at how well this polish lasts! I am a pediatric PT so my hands are my tools. They take a lot of abuse- along with constant hand washing /sanitizing they are constantly getting banged up on equipment. Most polish chips within a day or two. If I don’t get chips I get dings and dents. So far not with DD. At First Blush is a very soft white. I love a white mani but find most whites too “harsh” for me. This is perfect if you’re looking for a “softer” white with full coverage. I did need 3 coats and could probably have done another but I tend to do very thin coats- being used to regular acrylic polish which takes forever to dry. I do think there is a learning curve to using DD and this is only my second mani. But I’m here for it! I decided on a whim to do this mani at 10 on a Thurs night and was in bed without fear of sheet marks or smudges by 11.Desiree
