We own a Newfoundland that loves the water. Last week of June we had a hot spell where temps were in the 90s consistently for days. Nights were humid. Trying to make sure all our dogs had plenty of water, we neglected to do a brush out at night under our Newfies chin and around his ears. Mane n tail was recommended, it does work with smaller mats, I spent several moments every day working on the larger mats, following the directions, with very little success. We learned a valuable lesson with our Newfs fur and what we need to do better. Ended up cutting the larger mats to a smaller size, then applying Mane n Tail working on the smaller size mats. Our Newf was very patient but would only hold still for 1015 minutes provided I moved to different areas on his chin, chest and ears. Chewys delivery was great, smell of the product was fine. Works almost just as good as silicone which is a gel that coats the hair and keeps the stands seperated. I got this for my Jon Renau HD wig because it was matted and frizzy just after a few wears and this was recommended to me as a solution. I can’t say this changed my situation much but I don’t think this product is to blame, it’s the quality of the wig I suppose. After coming out with this product the wig is tangled again after wearing it for an hour.

The product works well for both detangling and conditioning. I use it nightly on the ends of NOT heat-friendly synthetic hair, combing it first with a wide tooth comb, then following with a tighter tooth comb, and third, a very close-tooth comb, then using hair clips horizontally to press those wild ends, due to their frizzy, non-friendly-heat pieces. It doesn’t “cure" it, but surely helps!

I have super thin/fine/bleached hair, that tangled easily. Whenever I wash my hair I have to use a detangler or leave in before I can brush through it. This did an amazing job and detangling my hair, I could brush through it without any issues after a few spritzes. However, the smell is soooo sweet, very artificial, candied, something. This is the BESSSSSST detangling product I have ever used. I discovered this 6 months ago. This product was missing from Sally’s site for a few months & I thought it was discontinued. I had a heart attack & tried other brands to see if I could find a back up. I still cannot find another mist that works this good. I have straight, coarse, thick hair that is bleached. It gets tangled so easily and this stuff is like magic to get it out. I’ve had huge bird nest-like knots before & this got them out with no breakage. This was a very helpful product. Although I also paired this with SILK ELEMENTS. The Ion detangling mist smelled very good although to improve this product I would have to say try to some way improve the long lasting. It drys out very fast on my hair. This is still a good product, was very helpful for me I have naturally thick curly hair so I get tangles alot and sometimes they get pretty bad so this was very very helpful for me personally. This is my first time trying this. It leaves my hair really soft and silky. I have only used it a couple times so far so can't speak for longer or more frequent use. I did not have an issue with it making my hair oily or anything. As far as the scent, it's not great, but not bad either. Other products have a more pleasant scent, in my opinion. For starters the experience of using this conditioner is what's to be expected in a pleasant and predictable way. It applies easily, smells nice and clean, rinses well and a little goes a long way. Additionally it's apparently in application that it doesn't have the added SLS/SLES/Silicone, there's a noticeable absence of that synthetic slickness you notice in conditioners that harbor those nasties. I have dark, naturally shiny hair, and must admit I didn't notice any more oomph in that department regardless of if I used it with the corresponding shampoo, or with other kinds. HOWEVER I would 100% use this product again. I found my hair holds the shape I blow dry it into very well when I use this in conjunction with the shampoo. It's bouncy, looks healthy and smooth. It also plays well with the texturising sprays I use, along with my dry shampoo. My hair isn't weighed down or oily while using this which is a nice change from other shine inducing products which can flatten my fine hair. Only missing a star due to not offering a bit more in the shine department, however is not enough to turn me off the product!Ashley M.
I love the idea of more radiant/shiny hair so I was excited to try this shampoo from the Vibrant Shine range, especially as it doesn’t contain SLS/SLES sulphates, parabens or silicones and is cruelty free and vegan. I love the pink packaging and how it stands out from other products in my shower. It is easy to grip and squeeze, and I only needed a small amount to cleanse my hair. It lathers up nicely and smells fantastic; a blossomy type scent that I really love. It rinses out easily and doesn’t feel drying, though compared to the previous shampoo I was using, it isn’t as hydrating. As far as shine goes, I did notice a slight improvement but was expecting a little more (perhaps the impressive advertising increased my expectations unrealistically). I used this with the matching conditioner and spray and while my hair does appear shiner, my hair prefers the effects of my previous shampoo and conditioner (which are not targeted for shine) so it’s not a range I would go for at the time. I will definitely revisit when I colour my hair next, though, as that is one thing I have had trouble with, the gorgeous shine that comes with colouring disappears very quickly. If your main issue is dullness then I would recommend giving this shampoo a go, along with the Vibrant Shine Conditioner and 3-in-1 Shine Spray for maximum results.Evelyn H.
I love the aesthetic of the pink bottle. It really stands out in my bathroom and would in the aisle of a shop. The bottle itself is a good size and weight. I have some nueropathy in my hands and found this bottle easy to hold and not to heavy. I enjoyed this product combined a heat protectant, detangler and shine all in one. My hair is fine, double processed coloured with bleach and fashion colour so is prone to tangles, breakage and lack of shine. I also have an oily itchy scalp. This did not weight down my hair or make my scalp itchy and annoyed like alot of products do. It has a pleasant fragrance and I felt my hair was softer and definitely shiner. It was great not having to use multiple products on my hair as this gave excellent heat protection and made my tangles easier to manage. The only negative I can find for this product is the spray. It's not a fine mist but quite aggressive squirt. I had to spray and massage it in to ensure even distribution instead of a fine spray coating the hair.Krystle M.

My hair is very fine, so it’s hard to find a good conditioner that works, but doesn’t weigh my hair down. This is it. I first tried this conditioner at a hotel I stayed in. I asked for a couple more of the little bottles at the hotel, and even before I used it all, I was ordering a bottle. It rinses so easily, and my hair is so soft. I have fine normal to oily hair. The smell is a little on the chemical side, which is the main reason for me docking a star, but it does not linger. This product helps with detangling so that I can comb through my wet hair easily which can be quite the feat given my hair type. What really impressed me is how lightweight it feels on my hair. I bought this for my neice coming to visit me. She always wants in my professional hair stuff…. So becayse she's so young I went out and grabbed her own "product" for her to keep at my house. This product was on sale and so i bought this instead of what i ususally buy. This product smells pretty good not exactly like strawberries but still really sweet! My girls really like the color of the bottle and it is a little bit easier to hold the bottle with the ripples on the side but is off set buy how flat the bottle is. The spray just shoots out and only mists a little making it difficult to work with. Because of the spray i wont be buying this product again; i makes only chuncks of her hair wet instead dampening her hair like i need. The formula is nice and helps with detangling hair so i will only be using the rest of this product as backup.heaven.r
My son has really long, thick, and curly hair. He is also severely autistic and can’t stand the sound or feel of his hair being cut. (It take at least two adults 3 hours). Since it is not always in the cards to cut his hair we use this so we can brush it with the least amount of problems. I have tried several other brands as well as leave in conditioner this is the only thing that works. He even loves to have it sprayed on his head. When he gets out of the shower and first thing in the morning he will bring it to me. I would recommend that anyone in the same circumstances or with a hair type like his use this product it is awesome . I added a picture of him from the back it does not smooth his hair but it tames iterica.l

My daughter’s hairs were smooth and all of a sudden she got knots everyday. I bought this detangling spray and it helped tremendously. I would spray her wet hairs with 4-5 sprays before blow-drying. I LOVE this detangler spray and so does my 7y year old. She has long, wavy hair that tangles faster than you can imagine. she is constantly moving, so her hair is ALWAYS getting knotted up. She has always cried when getting her hair combed. I have tried so many products, from cheap to VERY expensive to find a product that works like this one!!! After only a few days of using this product, her hair doesn't seem to knot up as easily and the tangles she does get comb out with ease. My 4 year old daughter has terribly tangle prone hair. We have tried a couple of other detangle products with not much luck. Brushing her hair has always been a daily battle. But this stuff is amazing! It works so well – I was able to brush almost completely through her hair after spraying it on with almost no effort.
