This product came in a double pack. I've used buffer blocks before and I've never been super impressed. Going through the first couple of "steps" of buffing, I hadn't seen a difference yet. By the time I finished with the last step, however, my nails were so smooth and shiny! I couldn't believe it. This has surpassed my other negative opinions regarding buffing blocks; it's durable, doesn't break down easily, sturdy, and is worth the investment! Plus, the neutral color palette is great too.

The file section works well as a finish. But, if you’re looking to file your nails shorter, use an emery board. Then finish the edges with the file section. I honestly didn’t expect much from this section. Well, was I wrong. After using this section, my nails look like I have a shiny coat of clear nail polish on my nails rather than just my natural nails. I am hoping this 4 sided nail block holds up because I will be able to leave my nails natural, apply my nail oil, & hopefully have stronger nails w/o using nail polish while letting them grow. They actually look shinier in person. I gave that 5 stars .I highly recommend this as an excellent finishing tool. Just get an emery board for stronger filing.so far so good, love it.
