I used this nail polish for the first time three days ago and I couldn't be happier with the result! For years I have had acrylic nails and have recently stopped because I don't have time to go and get them done with my new baby, so I decided to invest in some new nail polish and boy am I glad I did! I used the JINsoon Power Coat Strengthening Base Coat, followed by 2 coats of the Essie Light Lilac, then the JINsoon Top Gloss Quick Dry Top Coat, and finished off with the Essie Quick-e Drying Drops Nail Polish Treatment and my nail look AMAZING! They actually look like I've got shellac on. And what's even more amazing, they dried SUPER fast! It took me maybe 10-15 minutes to do the application, and then I let dry for maybe 20-30 minutes and they were completely set. I was able to get dinner ready and do the dishes straight away with no denting or smudging! This is a game changer! I'm now on day three and they still look as good as day 1! When it comes to nail polish, I tend to be quite skeptical especially since gel is a go-to. However, I was pleasantly surprised with this Essie polish due to its color, application and wear. In terms of color, this shade looks great with one coat or multiple depending on the look youre going for. And since it has a nice shimmer to it, it doesnt show imperfections or chips either. I love natural colors, so this one was an A+ for me. Because you can really build up the opacity of this polish, this made applying it really easy with three main swipes across the nail. And due to the shimmer, its really forgiving even if you do make a mistake. The brush was also quite flat and wide, which helped with the application process. (Drying time was quite short especially if you do thin layers). This polish was also great in terms of wear and is still holding up well after a good week of wearing it. Granted I did apply a topcoat, this still held up through housework and doing dishes by hand. In all, Im a big fan of this shade of Essie polish and think it would be perfect year round if not an easy to upkeep color in the summer months on my fingers and toes.AleksandraM
I am obsessed with Essie, that’s all I have bought since 10 years ago. I have tried Tuck it in my Tux and few others and decided Marshmallow has the best hue!!!! I love the color, not too white not pink, just right. The formula however is horrible. The first couple of times after opening the bottle is great except in order not to get streaks you have to apply 3 coats. After a few days of opening the bottle, the formula gets thick and clumpy and not usable!!! Also, the mandatory 3 layers make the nail polish to peel off in a day or two because it’s simply two thick and rubber feel like almost. Please note this is a constructive review for Essie, I am asking you to please change this formula since I love your products. I would love others to enjoy this wonderful nail polish but at this stage I am not able to use this color anymore. I don’t like anything with sparkle or shine and neither one of your colors mimic marshmallows. The open bottles show the clumps on top. Unfortunately my video would not upload. As the title says, it's a nail polish. I haven't noticed anything particularly spectacular about this particular polish over others with similar claims. It hasn't made my manicures last longer or kept my nails from chipping any more than other all-in-one or base coat/top coat in one polishes. Pros wise, it's a nice viscosity, which makes it go on easily without much mess. If you load the brush properly prior to applying to to your nail, you should be able to get a nice even coat without much hassle (which I can't say for all products in the same category). And while this may not mean much to some, I appreciate Essie's bottle design because it makes storage much easier. While other brands more aesthetic designs may look nice, unless you have dedicated shelving unit or other display for your polishes, storing them can be difficult and take up far more space than necessary. All in all, in my opinion this product isn't something to write home about, but I wouldn't phone it in either. I would definitely choose this over several of it's competitors with similar claims and price points simply for the above mentioned pros of easy of application and storage.Siriuslestrange1
I am a huge fan of Essie's nail products and also recommend this new All-in-One Base and Top Coat as well now. I have brittle nails that easily get stained and require a basecoat and top coat as well as a nail strengthener whenever I use nail polish. Essie's All-in-One Base/Top Coat is basically the one-stop product that I use due to convenience since it works as both a base and top coat. I do have to mention that this product has a quick expiration date and the formula and texture changes over time. It becomes thicker, less spreadable, and a bit less efficient when it becomes old. It works best when it's fresh, so it works especially well for those who consistently use nail polish in quick succession and not for those who might use it over a long duration of time. Overall, I am quite satisfied with it, but as I'm one of those lazy people who only use nail polish sporadically, a bottle of these usually lasts me quite a long time and ends up with some wasted.RDCn
I bought this in hopes it would give a better shine to the pink essie polish and base coat I already had. I've used the pink alone with two coats and 30 min dry time between coats with zero problems. It typically stayed for 3/4 days before wearing off so I thought the top coat would help it stay longer. I applied the polish exactly as before and waited a full hour after the second coat of color to apply the top coat. I touch tested the color and made sure it was fully dry before applying top coat. I applied top coat on one hand. After an hour, it still wasn't dry and when I tested it, everything was wet and the all the polish came off as if the color layer was fully wet. I draped a paper towel on the nail and all the polish stuck to the paper and came off the nail. The other hand, without top coat, was still fine a day later. I've tried again on one nail waiting for the color coats to dry overnight before applying the top coat and same effect. It's as if the top coat re-wets the color polish and just never dries. Top coat works as a polish remover. Very disappointed with the top coat of SAME brand would interact this way with polish.GoingSallyHnsn

I received Essie Smooth-E basecoat as a #freeproduct to try for my honest review from #topboxcircle #trytopbox. I had never heard of this basecoat so I was intrigued as it stated it was a ridge filler and would give my nails a smooth finish to apply polish. I use a lot of dark colours especially blue that has a tendency to stain my nails. I did find that with the initial application it gave my nails a matte finish with an almost grippy feel and then I applied my Essie polish in a nice deep blue. It did dry quickly before I applied the polish. I have had the blue nail polish on for a few days and did find my nails chipped almost the next day so that was a little disappointing. The finish was nice and clean looking like a mani should be. I am not overly impressed though. I feel that there are better products on the market.CeeZee39
I absolutely love the entire Essie line, they always have high quality products. It’s my go to for my mani/pedis. The only issues I’ve come across is that my nail polish never lasted a week. It would constantly chip off, but since trying out this base coat that Essie brilliantly thought of, I no longer have that issue. Initially I was a bit skeptical about this product claiming to smooth the ridges in my nails. I recently had acrylic nails taken off and the removal process wrecked havoc on my nails. The surface of my nails were uneven and they were peeling. When I applied the base coat, I noticed that it filled in the weak spots in my nails. When I applied the nail polish on top, my nails felt so smooth. You would not be able to tell that my nails were damaged. i cant say enough good things about opi. i use so many of their products. this product is a 3 in 1. it works as a base coat, a top coat, and a strengthening formula. it’s clear, but it looks so good on the nail. it’s strengthens my nails really well. and it’s easy to apply other coats to it if you want. or stickers. would definitely recommend!jennifer.f
Sorry but, I'm not as generous with the stars on this as everyone else. Yes, it does go on matte as many others have said, but should it get 3 stars just because it's only able to do that?! A top coat isn't just for looks/aesthetics but also function, it's supposed to protect the color and aide in lasting/durability. I've painted my nails since I was a child and I'm in my early 30's so I've used a fair amount of brands and colors, never have I ever seen a top coat lift color from a dried nail; I thought the issue was that I used a black of a different brand so maybe it was the mismatch, so I went and bought an OPI black and it did the same thing. Even more, it doesn't matter how long you let it dry the first day you practically can't do much because it will smudge or lift in someway, even if you touch it and it seems dry…so this isn't something that you can do when pressed for time. Then, another weird thing about this top coat, is the fact that it doesn't really chip off, but rather, it rubs off or even washes off. Overall, this is a huge miss and major disappointment given that it's OPI! I'm harsh in my review because it's OPI and we have come to expect a certain level from them which is why many of us are willing to pay more for it; however, this performs worse than the old wet n wild polishes, Revlon, or those little bottles of polishes that were super cheap (can't remember name). Basically, this isn't something I will purchase again from them and I am highly suggesting to anyone reading the reviews prior to buying to look elsewhere this isn't worth it, trust me.Not impressed OPI fan
Not impressed. At first it goes on great. No bubbles and any streaks from uneven application just flatterm right out. It's so matte that it just seems to absorb all light, especially on a dark polish! Then, as soon as you touch something, it gets marked up like flat paint on walls. After a few days it seems to mostly wear off, leaving your nails less shiny than a regular top coat, but still reflecting light. Be prepared to freshen your top coat regularly.

I purchased this myself as it was readily available at my local drugstore. I’m an active mom of three and I’m tough on nail polish, sometimes it chips on day one. This does help prolong the nail polish on my fingernails, although still I will inevitably chip a nail in a day or two. On my toenails though, this top coat will last weeks. I’m all about painting my toenail because…feet…ugh, but my fingernails I won’t do as often because it makes me mad when they chip after all that work. lolcarey.c
This is a gorgeous, totally unique peachy pink, but it never seems to fully dry. Just 24 hours later, it smudges, scrapes, and chips easily. And this is a fresh, new bottle! I'm annoyed. The formula is somewhat thick, opaque and streaky. Pooling at the cuticles can be a problem because it is a bit drippy, so you have to be pretty careful. Furthermore, it tends to bubble as it dries. Application was frustrating. Making smooth, even strokes on long nails was difficult. It needed three or four coats to level out the streaks. I cut my nails short a week later and tried this polish again. On short nails, it was much easier to get smooth, even strokes with less streaking. This time I only needed three coats. This polish was not worth the hassle to apply to long nails. Since it takes so long to dry, I waited at least an hour between coats. This is an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait to recoat. This polish requires three or four coats to look good and really pop, and waiting so long between coats made for an excruciatingly long process. When several nails smudged the next day and a few chipped, I was super disappointed. The color is pretty, but it's all for naught since it never dries and is therefore unwearable. Bummer. EDIT: A dupe for this color is China Glaze Pink of Me, which I haven't tried yet. The closest color I have in my collection is Orly Prelude to a Kiss. While less pink, it offers easy, fast, flawless, streak-free application that dries quickly and looks like a pro manicure. This item isn’t perfect but it’s really good if you’re looking for a clean product. This top coat works best with a thin layer of polish. Wait at least 10 minutes for the first layer to dry. (I know it completely defeats the purpose, but continue reading.) Apply the top quick dry coat slowly and in a big glob (that’s how it’ll come out anyway). While I don’t find that it dries quicker than normal, I do find that it works great for longer lasting nail polish. I like some of Ella+Mila’s other products, but this particular one is giving me trouble, and I keep trying it and getting the same result. There are pros and cons. Pros: I like that it is free of seventeen harmful chemicals, including formaldehyde and formaldehyde resin. It’s also cruelty free. The product dries very quickly, which is great. The little bottle is super cute and I love their elephant branding. It’s also made in the USA which is nice because that’s where I’m from and it’s harder these days to find products actually made here. Cons: It’s supposed to be chip resistant, but they don’t mention peel resistant. Everytime I use this within seconds after drying it starts to peel up in little spots. It looks like glue all over the nail polish, and it actually causes the nail polish to peel up, even really good brands that usually stay on even without a base or top coat. It’s clear and nice in the bottle and lasts ages longer than OPI top coats, but it goes on cloudy. It’s just really not very usable, which is disappointing because of all the pros. But when it comes down to the main function it just doesn’t work so I have to give it 2 stars.

I was hesitant to buy this because I didn't think it could be THAT much different than the other top coats i had tried. I have a sally hansen, 60 second dry, and a ORLY topcoat already but NONE of them compare to this.This topcoat is thick, which makes it pretty easy to apply to be honest because its more obvious where you're put it. And as long as you paint the cap or edge of your nails you will notice how much longer it lasts. I'm talking 5 days to a week with no chips, dents, dings or bubbles – depending on how hard you are on your hands and nails. i'd say I'm pretty rough on mine and still get 5 days of perfection. I'm have been doing my own mani’s and pedi’s and I like for them to look as professionally done as possible. So I opted for a gel like top coat. At the same time, I had purchased an OPI one and this Seche one. After comparing, this Seche top coat was by far so much BETTER! I have used it with several brands of polishes, regular and gel. I do believe this top coat is what helps my manicures last as long as they do. It is a great product that I will definitely be repurchasing! I find this product excellent when compared with the horrific chemical "stuff" at most nail salons. However, there is a difference between the regular top coat and the gel top coat….the latter has a stronger odor. I have noticed this when I leave my place and return later and there is a slight smell in the air as I enter! This is a small complaint in the scheme of things.Joanne M.
I like this brand a lot for their clean business model and would love to write a stellar review, but after giving this many try's, I can't see any difference or visible addition of shine or protection that it gives to my nails or with regard to nail color protection. The brush is nice as an applicator and goes on well I like the design of the bottle- it's a little slimmer than most that I have which are round or square and easy to store or carry. I'm giving it a neutral review with a tip towards the positive because of the quality of product, style, company mission but not based on any functional qualities.

I have used Seche Vite top coat for years. I recently got a three pack from Amazon and they are awful. I’ve ordered from their store on Amazon several times before and haven’t had this big of an issue. I’ve kind of always had the shrinkage problem with Seche Vite, but now it looks worse (the lines on the side of my nails where you can see where the top coat is on top of the color). Now though it lifts up the nail polish and chips off in sheets. I make sure to not get the top coat on my skin so there isn’t a lot to lift up, but still it lifts up on the sides of my nails and around my cuticles the next day. I’m also getting more chips, again the next day. I don’t know if this is just a batch problem, but I feel like I may stay clear of Seche Vite for a while. I ordered Glisten Glow’s top coat after I read amazing reviews so hopefully that will work out better!kari.w
I've been using this product for the past two years and it's been my go to top coat . My nail polish will last for about 5-7 days , while using this top coat. I've used other top coats in the past but this one is the best one. Also, it provided a nice finish to your nails after polishing. Get this top coat and you won't regret it. I just wished the formula would stay the same even when you're running low on the product. I hope the company looks into this because it's my only complaint. The top coat should be usable until the bottle is empty .
This top coat really is fast drying, but not only that, it dries to a hard lacquered finish. The best thing about it is that it's meant to be used over still wet nail polish; it's far more convenient to go straight into your top coat than having to wait minutes for each coat to dry down. The only issue this polish has is that it shrinks. You have to be careful to completely cover all areas where polish is with this top coat, because otherwise there will be a line of demarcation where the top coat has shrunk a bit. Not a huge deal, but can be very apparent and annoying if you're doing a plain black crème polish (not fun to have to re-do a nail). That said, once you know that, it's not too difficult to be mindful of covering the entire painted surface. Based on the reviews of Rosy Future OPI nail lacquer I was excited and looking forward to receiving my new nail polish. Wow! What a shock it turned out to be. One coat looked good and I should have stopped right there. Thinking it would look even better with two coats I eagerly added a second as it was easy to apply. One coat gave a beautiful sheer iridescent shimmering look. Adding a second coat gave me neon nails that resembled fluorescent lights. I will continue to use the Rosy Future but only one coat. I am disappointed because I think a manicure with two coats of polish lasts longer. But, the look with one coat is acceptable with top coat layers. This polish is not the winner that I expected but at the same time it is not a total loss either. I would recommend the Rosy Future because of its versatility. For those who like a sheer iridescent look it’s a winner. For those who like neon nails it’s also a winner. Enjoy your new nail polish! I absolutely love this top coat. I use it over Color Street Nails, but also for my daughter when she's painting her nails. It extends my manicure to 10 days, at least (I usually get sick of the color first and take it off). Dries very quick and gives a nice shiney coat. I don't usually need to reapply. Gives it a nice gel polish look and I get a ton of compliments all the time. Makes my nails feel much stronger. Definitely recommend. I received this nail polish complimentary from Influenster in exchange for my honest opinion. I read a description of this which called it a "Barbie pink" and was immediately like "ugh great, bright pink!" I'm generally not a fan of pinks, but this one grew on me! I applied two coats of Two Timing the Zones over the OPI Natural Nail Base Coat, finishing it off with the OPI Top Coat. This polish bubbled, even after leaving 40+ minutes between coats, which was annoying! I ended up topping it with Essie's A Cut Above, which made already girly nails *even more* girly, and I actually liked it! This was again topped with another layer of the top coat. The polish chipped on my dominant hand within 3 days. Considering there's three layers on top, with the tips capped, that's pretty annoying! On my non-dominant hand, it chipped within 5. For me, it's not worth the price tag and I want far better longevity regardless of the price tag. It's around £15 in the UK, and I've got £1-2 Kiko polishes that perform better. I absolutely love OPI polishes especially the brush they come with. But I have to say it, this product IS TERRIBLE! I rarely write negative reviews, but this one gets an exception. It never fully sets, so it smudges and I wake up with sheet marks. I have given this topcoat 5 different tries, thinking it must've been user error. The last time I tried it was an experiment to make sure it's the topcoat and not my polish. One hand was painted with 3 coats of polish with no topcoat, the other hand was 2 coats polish, one very thin coat of topcoat. Both sides used the OPI drying drops, then I sat still without touching anything for 4 hours before bed. I woke up the next morning to find the no topcoat side perfect, the topcoat side was smudged on every finger. It's unequivocally this topcoat. I'm disappointed and surprised that OPI would make and distribute such a sub-par product. Probably going to switch to a gel topcoat from here.aleksandra.s

Disclaimer: I received this product as part of a "mission" from Topbox Circle. However, the opinions in this review are my own. #freeproduct #trywithtopbox #ad #freesample First impression(s): The colour of the polish was slightly different than the pinkish taupe on the website – the polish was more of a purplish taupe with luxurious pearly tones. The polish had a strong smell. This smell (after painting my nails) would eventually disappear in a couple of days. Experience using it: I painted the nails on both hands, using neither a base nor top coat – two thin coats on my left hand, and two thick coats on my right hand. The bristles of the brush fanned out readily, covering my whole nail (and more, for smaller nails) in one fell swoop. Thinner coats dried fairly quickly, while thick coats took forever (45 mins!) to dry. After drying, my left hand had semi-sheer paint (this made the colour look like the pinkish taupe on the website), while my right hand had opaque paint (purplish taupe). The polish was glossy enough to make me skip putting a top coat. The polish lasted for over a week, but the polish on the sides of my nails chipped away within 3-4 days of applying the polish. That said, this only happened to the nails of fingers I use the most; the polish on my ring fingers and pinkies remained completely intact (I'm still waiting for them to show signs of wear). Even while chipping/wearing away, the polish remained perfectly smooth and pearly on my nails. I'm sure that, if I did a better job of applying the polish and used a top coat, the polish would easily last much longer.April

The outcome of the colour is actually prettier than I thought but it is not a colour that I would personally pay for. I prefer colours that my outfit can easily match. I received this as a #freeproduct from Top Box to review. I have used this nail polish before and its a great polish to use. It lasts a lot longer than other nail polish brands, so you're not always having to redo your nails. Normally I wouldn't use such a light color, I prefer brighter more bold colors, but this pink was pretty on my finger nails. I do recommend using a primer color under this pink (Gossamer Garments) unless you like the sheerness of light pink. This was a cute color for my toe nails. I did find the brush to be a little big for my nail bed, which would leave a little polish on the side of my toe, but nothing a q-tip and remover can't fix! I've been using seche viet and out the door top coats exclusively for over 10 years. I never tried anything else because those did the job of being really shiny and drying fast. The problem I had was that they would dry up really quickly and were almost too thick and sometimes would shrink the polish under neath or streak. I noticed with this top coat that it's shiny but it isn't overly thick. It glides right over polish and smoothed out an imperfection without being super thick. I didn't notice any shrinking either. Also, the brush applicator is great it's a bit wider and fluffier than the average top coat brush. I really like this top coat and Im glad I took a chance, I haven't been a super fan of essie polishes in the past but I do enjoy this.Nessa
This is the only top coat I can trust to not chip on my nails. I have purchased about 3 times. I do my own mani/pedis- might get them done professionally 1-2 times per year. This gel system lasts just as long as when my nail lady uses her polishes. If I need the color to last for vacations, I use this gel system. I’m really hard on my hands, and this doesn’t chip. My pedicure will last till I remove the color (3-4 weeks). I do take care to prep the nail bed, making sure there is not oily residue. This top coat is pretty good! It was very easy apply, and went on very smooth. I had no issues applying it. It did take 5-10 minutes to fully dry. Within the first couple of days I was noticing that the polish under the top coat started the break apart but the top coat was still doing well. By day 3 I was starting to see some small chips on some of my nails, but one nail I had tried a different kind of gel polish from Essie (the blue/grey nail) and that one didn't have any chips yet. It is day 4 now of wearing the polishes, the blue/grey polish on my left hand (my non dominant hand) has a small chip at the side, but my right is still doing well. I love that this OPI Nature Strong nail polish is vegan, naturally derived, and uses recycled materials for the container! I was a little bit skeptical at first but OPI is a great quality brand so I was happy to try the two colors. The light peachy polish went on a little streaky but I was able to do 3 coats and it looked fine. The pink one was fine. Both applied smoothly and dried pretty quickly, which I was very happy with. I used a base coat and top coat, expecting some chipping to happen pretty quickly as I get with most polishes, but surprisingly I went nearly 6 days with no chips! And the chip I did get was very small. Super durable despite gardening, doing dishes, etc. I'm excited to buy other colors! This is definitely my fave nail polish and is better than other brands I have tried. I really like the message behind this line of nail polishes. I try to be more eco conscious with my purchases so I feel really good about buying this line vs. other nail polishes. I definitely would recommend this to anyone looking for more sustainable nail polish options, but honestly even if you don't care about any of that this is a great nail polish!Awold
I love this color nail polish ! It's the perfect shade 💖 The name of this nail polish is cute It's called "Knowledge is Flower " 🌸 lol how cute is that! I like that the pigment is strong so with one coat if you do it right will cover the whole nail. I only went in with two coats of nail polish but I like that it didn't show any streaks. Also fun fact is this nail polish is vegan.. like whaaat ! That's really nice. Now I bought this as a set of two and I didn't really like the lighter shade that nail polish is called "A clay in the life " It is a lighter pink shade but because the pigment is as strong it's streaky. Excuse my crusty nails lolangie .b
I recently got the opportunity to try two of OPI's new Nature Strong nail polish. This polish claims it's vegan, made with 75% natural GMO-free ingredients and 20% recycled plastic. I did not realize nail polish wasn't naturally vegan, but read that some of the pigments and thickening agents can come from animal sources! Naturally I was hesitant about a "natural" nail polish, but as per usual OPI continues to impress. I used Knowledge is Flower on most of my nails, a beautiful pink/light mauve polish. This color is classic, would look good with most skin tones and went on flawlessly and smooth! I could've gotten away with one coat, but I added a second to cover up some spots I missed. I did an accent nail of A Clay in the Life, which is an ivory nude color. This one seemed a little thinner, as some nudes do, and took two coats for mostly full coverage, but could've used a third. I'm naturally fair skinned with neutral undertones and thought A Clay in the Life worked well on me, but was a little disappointed by the coverage in 2 coats. The formula on both is smooth, consistent and dried as quickly as normal OPI polish. I would happily purchase more colors of this environmentally conscious nail polish and recommend it to friends! OPI claims this polish is long lasting with up to 7 days of wear. I wore both colors with Duri Rejuvacote as a base coat and Seche Vite on top (which kind of defeats the purpose of natural nail polish!) and I started to get a few small chips on my pointer fingers by day 3. This is pretty typical for me with regular nail polish, so not off putting. I love OPI polish and will definitely try more colors from this Nature Strong line.Whitney1

First off, the item I was given to try seems to be different from the item I'm left to review on here. Pictures of the actual product have been provided. Anywho, mine is a gold cream product that dries fast and actually leaves my nails shiny and cuticles moisturized like it promised! I totally wasn't expecting it to perform well, but I'm glad it did. The fast drying made it convenient for me to do my homework on my laptop. It peels off easily too. It has a fresh, floral, almost powder-like smell, but it's light and not overwhelming at all. The sponge tip allows for the cream to be buffed out which I liked because the alternative would've been to use my fingertips which would've made a mess. My cuticles have been dry and my gel nail polish on my thumb has gotten dinged up so it's lost a lot of its shine. After taking off the mask, my cuticles are moisturized with less cracks. The polish on my nail got some of its shine back without ruining the polish too which I'm stoked about. I recommend this product to touch up your cuticles and old polish. It makes for a fun little bonus to your spa day! I never knew nail masks existed, but I'm glad to know now through this free product to test.
This review is for Sally Hansen Revive Peel off Nail Mask. I’ve never used a nail mask before. The smell is a lovely coconut scent similar to the Colourpop SOL body highlighters. It smells like a coconutty sun screen and summer goodness. The applicator is very nice as well, it reminds me of Charlotte Tilbury highlighter/contour products that come out of a spongey applicator tip. The product itself is even shimmery gold like a beautiful facial cosmetic product would be, but this is just for your finger tips and nails! I do my nails entirely at home these days, and sometimes my cuticles give it away. I noticed they looked a lot more calm, flush against my fingertips/nails, like healthy hydrated cuticles should look. The only complaints: I don’t think my sample contains the hyaluronic acid it boasts elsewhere (I’ve read and reread the ingredients list of the product I was sent and compared it to the ingredients list online), and mine wouldn’t peel off very easily. The instructions say to apply a “small amount” and “thin layer” to each nail/finger tip/cuticle, but that’s too subjective. I applied too thin and it wouldn’t peel off my nail. I got better results from applying enough product to reach the gold pigmentation of the product’s opacity, then it peeled off easier. Either way, you can just rinse it off, too. I rarely write reviews but I have to say this is my absolute new favorite nail polish! I thought that it being natural would result in less durability but I was a soap wrong. Regular nail polish lasts me about a week at the most. With the Sally Hansen natural mail strengthener underneath, two coats of this polish and a quick-drying top coat from another brand, this has lasted a week and a half now and doesn’t show any sign of chipping. I love this nail polish! And I love the brush as well— the width makes application so very quick and easy! Love love love!!!!In the City

I have used Seche Vite top coat for years. I recently got a three pack from Amazon and they are awful. I’ve ordered from their store on Amazon several times before and haven’t had this big of an issue. I’ve kind of always had the shrinkage problem with Seche Vite, but now it looks worse (the lines on the side of my nails where you can see where the top coat is on top of the color). Now though it lifts up the nail polish and chips off in sheets. I make sure to not get the top coat on my skin so there isn’t a lot to lift up, but still it lifts up on the sides of my nails and around my cuticles the next day. I’m also getting more chips, again the next day. I don’t know if this is just a batch problem, but I feel like I may stay clear of Seche Vite for a while. I ordered Glisten Glow’s top coat after I read amazing reviews so hopefully that will work out better!kari.w
I have been using this top coat for the past 8 years ever since I discovered it. It truly makes you drying time much shorter and makes your nail color last for at least 7days and way beyond that. At some point I did start to phase out my nail polish collection to get rid of polishes that were not at least 5 free and tried other top coats but nothing could compare. Unfortunately it is not 5 free but to me it is still worth the risk. I wear it on my acrylic nails so I guess there is less chances of negative effects? I'm hoping because I don't think I could give up this top coat and I dont think it would be as effective without the bad chemicals that prevent it from being a 5 free polish. I guess people just have to be aware of it and make the decision for themselves.helen.l
I've been using this product for the past two years and it's been my go to top coat . My nail polish will last for about 5-7 days , while using this top coat. I've used other top coats in the past but this one is the best one. Also, it provided a nice finish to your nails after polishing. Get this top coat and you won't regret it. I just wished the formula would stay the same even when you're running low on the product. I hope the company looks into this because it's my only complaint. The top coat should be usable until the bottle is empty .

I really like the pale pink shade. The shade, called Sweet Surrender, is soft and feminine. I love the brand: the nail polishes are always glossy and easy to apply. The reason I took away 1 star was because after 2 coats, the color was still weak and I needed to apply 3 coats to have the color really show. I don't usually like 3 coats of nail polish since it takes forever and lots of time to dry. Still, with lots of time and 3 coats, it is a pretty polish.beckah.m
I used the color “Hot Rod Red.” The brush glides easily, bristles are sturdy yet flexible, the color is vibrant and only one coat is needed. The Sally’s employee told me Morgan Taylor polishes provided a gel like effect and were better than OPI – so I bought two shades plus the top coat. First time, nails were cleaned, top coat applied, air dried and one nail cracked and peeled on the first day. Second time, nails were lightly buffed/filed (mid nail bed to the free tip), polish applied, left to air dry and lasted about 3-4 days until I had tiny cracks way on the end of the free tips. Plus this was surprising after doing many chores. PROS: • fast drying • one coat is enough • perfect brush tip • no UV light required • consistency is just right • beautiful array of shades CONS: • top coat was not effective • top coat made polish peel faster • cost is okay ($10 each)maribel.d
Fabulous colour – great polish. I was pleased to find this on line. I had gel nail polish applied in a salon in the same colour which lasted well .I wanted to go over it to colour in the nail bed growth until my appointment to have the gel removed and re done next week end. This worked perfectly. Ill use it again when I do my own manicure another time. The polish was a good price and arrived quickly , well packaged.
