The HB-1970 is the best wig I have purchased anywhere thus far. The curls are nice and tight and holds their shape, even when I use hairspray, I am always receiving complements on my wig. Although a decent price for the wig, the hair is not blonde but white and very hard to style. Had it hanging to get it straight like in the photo, never got straight. Hair is fly-away, lots of static and tangles easily. Very difficult to comb it through. Wore it anyway for my event but not happy with the results.boriso043

I took a chance and ordered my first blonde wig from this website. The ombre color is beautiful and goes well with my darker skin tone. This wig cap fits tight, not for larger heads. The hair quality is good, just don't forget to use oil sheen and hairspray to keep from frizzing up. I highly recommend this wig, its my go to, for looking good with little effort. I have always enjoyed wigs and hair extensions. I have been wearing them for about 15 years now. Over the last 5 years my hair has been damaged due to coloring it. this resulted to my hair becoming brittle and breaking when I brush it. I love extensions to have the length added back. This Halo type extension is excellent quality for being synthetic. I am really excited that I have found this. I wore it out on Friday and had many compliments. Originally purchased for my daughter, I borrowed this wig to dress as a woman for Halloween 2012. I did my own make-up and use some accessories and props, like stuffing one of my wife's bras to transform me. But look at the photo, and you decide if it's something you'd like to buy.JennyD

This product appears well made and has a good price but the pictures of it are misleading. They call it a wig which would indicate a full wig. It is only pigtails and bandana. It requires a hat to be worn with it. Showing a guy wearing it with matching blond hair is completely misleading.DRMil

The wig is soft and of reasonable quality. It doesn't itch and it stayed on all night. It moves a little when you dance so beware to use some hair clips to hold in place.rhakira2008

Good Value: This is a good product. I would recommend that you brush and style the wig to get the effect of it. It is easy to assemble onto your head and easy to brush. I don't know what is was, but my eyes swelled up when the hair got into my eyes!! I couldn't wear it. My eyes are only sensitive to cats if I touch them, nothing else that I know of. It did look cute for the price, though, even though I only could wear it a few minutes before that happened!!cactusjuicecowgirl

After I received my order it was apparent that the color was just not a good one for me. I had ordered two wigs, both the same color and found that in person they were just very fake and not a natural look at all. I sent them back and then after reading the instruction found that over half the amount I paid for them was to be deducted due to the various charges they put on returns. I am very upset at this change in policy and cannot see myself using Paula Young Wigs in the future. I have been a faithful customer for over 15 years, so sorry, not anymore.Carol

A few months ago, I ordered the "Alex" wig. I love it! I ordered a second one so that I would always have it ready. While the first one was – and stil is – perfect, the second one is straggly and sloppy looking. When I first took it out of the box and followed directions (shaking, etc,) it looked ok. I put it aside til I could get a styrofoam head. Once I put it on that, it showed itself. I cannot wear it. I have not worn it. Unfortunately, I did take the tag off when I thought it was going to be ok. Please take it back and send me one that looks like the first one.Rosemary

I received the wig in a couple of weeks of ordering..I tried it on but it kept slipping off my head. The velcro tapes were set to the tightest setting. I took the wig to my hairdresser thinking it should be cut as the style was so weird.. She told me to wash it first in fairly hot water so some of the crushing from shipping would come out.. Seriously after wearing it for 30 seconds it looked like I was a cone head!! The inside just above the bangs there is a circle of heavy knit capping.. Not the stretch lace like the rest of the wig liner is made from…This is advertised as a whisper lite wig?…My head dripped with sweat in a few minutes as it just does not breathe the same as my other wigs? My hairdresser suggested it not be cut but to somehow get it made smaller. I have Alopecia so have bought and worn wigs for some years. I have always had wigs come with a stretchy lace type liner with metal adjustable clips on the elastic straps. I live in Canada so not an option to return the wig with the high postage, tax paid and the exchange rate…. So I bought some crazy glue to cinch up the elastic tapes making them shorter.. that was a total mess as the glue did not adhere the same as my other many wigs have done when the elastic stretched out.. I then pinched the material together to sew it on each side to tighten to fit my head.. I have always worn an average size wig… This one with that hard thick cone or dome inside was something else!!! Why did I take the added expense of a hairdresser as well as buying the glue?? The color of the wig and the style now that I have the cap fitting properly suits me to no end!! I look stunning in it and it looks like my own hair. My hairdresser says it does not look at all like a wig….So I made all of these compromises! I suggest that they make this Wig in all sizes so we don't have to glue or sew our fingers trying to make them smaller than Average. I suggest that the Deluxe Soft Touch Grip be sold in a smaller size as wellBrenda

This unit feels nice and soft for a synthetic wig. But it does not feel very secure when you try to tie a ponytail or bun, it slides off and it also has short hairs that stick out underneath, I would suggest two more clips on the sides if you want an up-do to secure it….It's fine if you just wear it down.Seraphi Salis
