I received this wig on 12-6-2021 by UPS .. The wig was in a none bubble package and it was in Horrible condition in other words it was a Mess …. It looked like it had been worn. I called the store and reported it to Ms Parlo . She told me I could return the wig pay for shipping and she would have to charge me a restocking fee of 30% . My total cost for the wig minus the shipping was $41.00 With an additional 30% off the total . Now you do the math . Therefore it’s not worth it to send it back .. It’s my lost.. I will not be purchasing any more wigs from this company.Ms R.

I bought this for my little sister to practice hair styling on with a mannequin head. The wig came out of the packaging in perfect condition and the color matched the photo nicely. It also fit really well on the mannequin head. I tested out a few braiding hairstyles and the wig was very easy to work with and detangle and 'reset' in the original style very easily between hair dos. Would definitely recommend.Anonymous

If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! Hello- its like this, Im a dude, but my hair type takes a little while to grow out for my hair length preference. And my hair type is very thick stranded so its often too hot and thick in the warmer season months – making a bit of a problem for comfort for myself. *So, I ordered this wig and the lace front was quick and easy to trim which omitted a little shedding of a few tiny cut off strands of hair. But all in all it was quick and rather easy.Johnny
