This is my first time ordering I live in Canada Ontario, the wig took 9 days to come ( a little over a week). It was long, loose curls and baby hair straight out the package. Fit perfectly fine on my head I fixed the straps to my liking. Unit was 13×6 parting space, lace was light. Volume of the wig wasn’t the best compared to other sensationnel wigs, felt like a synthetic wig. The colour was burgundy wine however on my dark complexion it looked more red not burgundy. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. Anywho so I trimmed the lace, plucked & parted it, and I even took a black sharpie & darkened the roots to my liking & “Walla” she’s stunning now!! Very pleased with the quality of the wig especially for the price $25. I usually buy preplucked lacefronts at around $60 and so this is a great beautiful wig for learning customizing even though it doesn’t need tons but if your a novice at that like me. It’s very light weight on my head. The density and hair thickness are perfect for believeable daily wear. Now it’s synthetic shiny so it definitely needs dry shampoo. Optional foundation for the hairline and optional plucking but the hairline looks pretty darn good without it so that’s just to up it a notch to believability. I’ve enclosed pics straight from out of the box to display OP430 in natural lighting. I bought 4 packs of black and 1 pack of the deep wine, but since I have my sides and back shaved then of course I have plenty of locs left over (and I'm glad that I do). Usually I'll do my faux locs myself by starting with Senegalese twists then by rapping them which, of course, would take forever so this was my first using crochet locs. They are definitely springy, but beware because if they get tugged at the ends on accident then they will just hang and not spring back. I already had to cut some ends because of such actions. Also, I noticed some were not made as well as others, so make sure you get an extra pack. Some were "puffy" so my hair isn't hiding as well as it should be (I did individual crocheting). I do love the look though but removed a star based of said flaws. I took another star off because the website was being glitchy. I used the website via my phone and when trying to add stuff other than the locs, my whole cart would be emptied. It did this several times, so I just gave up and only purchased the locs. When I went to purchase the locs, the total jumped by $1, which is no big deal because it was just a dollar but the fact that it jumped like that concerned me. But at the end of the day, I would recommend and use this hair again. It did get frizzy and snaggy the second day but nothing major yet. Also, I noticed the deep wine holds up better than the black. The only way this wig could be any better was if it just lasted a tad longer and if the curl pattern never fell. It looks more realistic as the curls fall, but it dries at the ends and will eventually need to be straightened, perhaps trimmed or cut and then converted to bun or workout hair. In the meantime though, you get MAD compliments – many people don't even realize its not my bio hair. I wear it regularly in 1B and recently switched to OP61327 (613 Platinum blonde ombre with 1B roots and strategically placed 27 and/or 30 for dimension and shine). I absolutely love it – I'm a whole different person. Only thing that Freetress could offer any better was if this colour came in Karissa's length and density. I find it funny that because I stated I was highly disappointed in the wig I purchased from this website they deleted my review. Well here we are again. I have no problem putting my review up here again. The quality of the wig its self was slightly decent when it comes to the feel and texture of the hair however I could not find the part in this wig like the picture shows and the other review that was posted. Also the wig looks like its missing hair in the front. Its clearly visible that this is a wig. Stick with buying at your local beauty stores. Absolutely love this wig. Its comfortable to wear for a long period of time, the texture is great so it'll blend in perfectly with your own natural hair. So far I haven't experienced any shedding or loss of hair and I always wash my units when I receive them and the curls bounced back to their amazing fluffy bouncy self. Bought this piece because of the reviews online. They were pretty spot on so far. The curls are very bouncy, pretty, and full. I have only worn her once and received lots of compliments. My only qualm is the amount of hair. I had to do a little thinning before I felt it looked good. But even though there is a lot of hair, the piece is very light weight which has been true to other reviews. I don't use the combs but it has ample head room, big head friendly; and comes with a long comb up front and a smaller one in back along with two adjustable straps, pretty standard these days. I didn't do much fluffing of the curls because one that I cut out, I pulled it loose and separated it. The bouncy curl really pulled out to a loose wave. I won't mind that after a few more wears. The color was spot on to my hair color. I bought a #2. After wearing the half wig, I wish I had gotten the full wig instead. I just think the curls, after they drop or are pulled out, will be nicer on the full wig. It was a great purchase thus far and I do recommend it especially for those that have the creativity to do many styles with a half wig. I actually purchased some #2 braid hair, braided a long section, then used it as a braided head band over the front of the piece. Hopefully I can get some good, long wear out of is but that is TBD. It's a great FULL braided wig. There is a little bulkiness toward the front with a few to many braids and it's a little heavy. I think it's more for fill faced and larger head women that can fill it out better. The braids are beautiful and sealed it never sheds. I purchased this wig in color DR4/Cream Blonde. The color is so pretty. I love the color of the roots and how it blends with the blonde. The scalp is very realistic looking. Cap size medium to large. Hair texture is silky and soft. Density is good, not too thin. Minimal shedding. Tangles a lot but that is probably due to length. I will look for a setting or holding spray for the tangling. This is a fantastic wig. I got the color cinnamon spice it is a non rooted color. It's a vibrant and gorgeous red. I love these waves so pretty. My head is 22.5 inches and it fits well. This wig will tangle due to the length but it's easy to comb through. This transparent lace blends well and disappears with some foundation powder. I will use a lace wig grip with some got2bglued black tube so that my wig stays all day. Due to my medical condition I'm hair has thinned and I'm so happy to have affordable options. Very pretty. Looks realistic. I have in 3 colors. All look great. Amazing part. My natural scalp color is a very light, shades lighter than my face so to make a wig part look realistic, I use Ebin Medium Brown lace spray on all my synthetic lace wigs. Looks natural. Does tangle a bit but tangles can be easily removed with a detangling comb or a wide tooth comb and Ebin 5 Second Brazilian Detangler spray. The Outre Sleek Lay Part wigs are amazing. This wig is BY FAR my favorite wig from this collection! Not only does the scalp look SO real, but the hair texture is close to my own when it's blow dried out so it looks really natural. I did not have to do ANYTHING to it–no plucking, no make up on the lace, nada. I literally wore it right out of the box after cutting the lace. The wig is beautifulllll I was looking for a curly wig for my birthday and this was just that; perfect! It’s very voluminous and it’s giving pageant Queen lol. I’ve seen some ppl cut it to shoulder length but nahhh I love it just the way it is. I raked through it with a wide tooth comb and it’s just so bouncy. Love this unit. I ordered a #2 from this site; still waiting for that one to arrive. However, couldn’t wait and went to my local BSS and purchased the Flamboyage Auburn. Ba-by! Honey child! This is the gurl right here! Love the color. It’s very complimentary to my skin tone. Cons: you will need to pluck the hairline and I pulled out my edges because I couldn’t get the baby hairs to work. Some folk on YouTube say the cap is small but it fits my head just fine and I have a medium to large head. Just lovely and sexy at the same time.
