If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. Wow! I bought this costume last year and realized it was completely inappropriate and problematic. The Day of the Dead is a historically significant holiday in Mexico. Wearing this costume exploited elements of that culture without actually acknowledging its history and its rich meaning. This costume reduces a complex tradition into a flimsy outfit for one-time use. I'm giving this costume one-star because Halloween is all about having fun and enjoying ourselves-but it doesn't have to be at the expense of cultures, histories and entire traditions. If you want to celebrate the Day of the Dead I recommend learning more about it and it's meaning, instead of wearing it as a costume because you think it looks cool.Haha
Clearly, I accidently judged a book by it's cover. And I judged the photo comparing it to the actual product. It's amazing how it fits but of course the long pieces on the sides are rather short and you get two long strands of hair in the front. I'm guessing with a little styling I can make it look like the photo but I was really hoping to buy a wig that compliments my face. This wig is honestly JUST there. A good 8 out of 10 rating from me. My daughter tried it on and it insatlty ripped she is a small 13 years old and got the xsmall. The jacket was missing and we didn’t get it. The shorts are incredibly short and too inappropriate for kids and even women! The shirt was a crop but the printing was horrible and when I washed it It came straight off in the washing machine. The Creamy Toffee color was beautiful, but the unit wasn't really what I expected. The front of the unit was wavy, but the back was big, tight curls and looked like the back of it had drawn up. It was like having two different hairstyles. I also had a hard time getting the hairline to look natural and not like a combover. I bought two, tried one, wore it once and took it off. I ordered the hair in the color #2 which actually matched my natural hair color perfectly. Unboxing the hair, it looked exactly like the model picture. I call this my Beyoncè hair because that’s who I feel like when I put this on. I love it so much and have received many compliments on it. My only issues are that there are only two combs (front and back) so I had to sew an additional comb on each side to make sure it was secure, it does tangle easily (two days of wear and it’s starting to look matted, but I did comb it out like a ***** when I first got it), and the tracks are scarce on the cap, which made it difficult for my to blend my real hair w the wig to make it look natural(hence the combing) but I finally figured it out. I love this wig. It’s so beautiful. The hairline is spacious and can be parted anywhere. The curls are full n the texture of the hair is perfect. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
I am obsessed with this wig! This was my 3rd time ordering, but my first time getting a wig installed for daily wear. When I tell you!!!! It doesn’t feel heavy on my head. It’s a tad tight, BUT I think that’s because I’m not use to wearing one daily, not because of the make of the unit. The color is EXACTLY what I expected and is a perfect summer blend I love that it is a side part too because I love doing a clipped back look behind my ear (will make it easier to wear my walkie at work) I thought it was gonna be too long but I actually love the length! This piece seemed very promising but the pieces do not have much security. You will need to add Bobby pins to make it feel somewhat secure. Additionally the back piece is huge and doesn’t sit on the back of my head right. It feel like a large hat is fallIng off my head in the back. Even when I put my ponytail to the front of my head, the back piece feels so big and baggy. I just wear the ponytail and not the back piece. These up/down 4-n-1’s are real convenient. Love the texture of UD11…reminds me of a relaxer or press blowout – it’s real soft with body and fullness, but lightweight with a realistic sheen. When I wear the 1b color people think it’s all my hair. I’m trying the burgundy and copper colors to see if I like as much as the darker tones. Minimal shedding typical for synthetic hair. The wrap ponytail has combs, but I added small self-adhesive velcro tabs to keep it extra secure. This site had the lowest price +discounts…it’s worth adding to your collection!Erica B.
