If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. I ordered the hair in the color #2 which actually matched my natural hair color perfectly. Unboxing the hair, it looked exactly like the model picture. My only issues are that there are only two combs (front and back) so I had to sew an additional comb on each side to make sure it was secure, it does tangle easily (two days of wear and it’s starting to look matted, but I did comb it out like a ***** when I first got it), and the tracks are scarce on the cap, which made it difficult for my to blend my real hair w the wig to make it look natural(hence the combing) but I finally figured it out. Although I received my unit in a timely fashion… customer service and the refund policy is a disappointment and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again. It's been about a week and I still have yet te receive a response. Not only was I required to pay a 20% restocking fee, the deducted the shipping cost that I paid for, I also had to pay to ship it back. So essentially, I only received a 2 dollar refund on 25 dollar purchase. I tried to get ahead of the issue and request that my second choice color be moved to my first choice but I was told that my order couldn't be altered. Once it was shipped, I had to wait until I received it then send it back. Whole process has become a complete turn off from the site.
