I ordered two of these wigs. I had ordered two of them last year from a different company so I knew what they should look like. The wigs I received were extremely cheap and not what was pictured online. I returned both of them and called to have the original shipping fee refunded because they did not send what I ordered. The customer service representative told me several times that it's against their policy to refund shipping fees. Eventually, I requested to speak with a supervisor who said the same thing. I told both of them I compare it to ordering an apple from their website but they send me an orange. When I return the orange because it is not what I ordered, they keep the money I paid to have the apple shipped to me. Ultimately I was told they would refund it as a courtesy. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!! Sending people items that are different from what they ordered seems to be a scam and not refunding the shipping IS A BUSINESS WITHIN ITSELF!! A SCAM!! I&#39;m an actor &amp; I buy wigs to, obviously, change up my look. I&#39;ve been looking for a decent dred wig for a while. This one is close, but, it doesn&#39;t fit well &amp; it sheds like crazy. It would be better/more versatile without the built in head band. Also, the reason I bought/wanted a long dred wig was to be able to style it different ways. You can&#39;t do that with this one. They are sewn together to achieve the look; &amp; if you detach them, you can see straight through to the wig cap/your scalp. I will say the price was right though.Sonja
