I absolutely love this wig! It's actually a combination of the convenience of a wig and the fit of a hair system, since you use adhesive tape in front. I have the same model here, in the same color of #30. The quality of the hair is wonderful, thick and soft, freestyle, no predefined part. I've had my system at least 6 months and it's not even showing any wear yet. I can't believe the prices I was paying before for hair systems! I've been using hair systems and hair clubs for over a decade and this is my best hair find yet! And I do it all myself at home, no need to go to a stylist except for maybe a professional cut-in initially although I've done my own cuts too.Susan S.
Cap construction is nice, breathable and sturdy. Takes color services well. Sheds only when brushed, it’s not bad. Hair in the back is thin in volume compared to the sides and top, which are very thick. A Halo piece across the back helps to balance the volume. It started out super shiny, like doll hair, as it gets older with washing the luster is going down and it is looking more realistic. Definitely needs layers to create movement and prevent from looking like “cousin It”.

I purchased 2 wigs. The Tango & the Ellie (which I returned because I didnt like it). The Tango was everything I expected. I also purchased a pair of John Fashion sling back shoes which I absolutely loved. I returned The Ellie wig & requested a refund. Aft several days, I traced the US mail pkg & it had been received but I had not received my refund as requested. So I called a cpl times using my sister's fone becaz I had poor reception on my Gov fone & later not enuff minutes 2 call Especially Yours & ck on my refund. I was denied my refund of $39.99 for the wig I returned becaz I was using someone else's fone. Although I used my OWN email address & Credit card 2 pay for my order. I had 2 call my bank & have the charges reversed becaz they UNJUSTLY denied my refund. I don't owe them & have never ordered from them before & was treated unfairly. They had a dispute with someone else & tried to make me pay. Very unfair and unjust.Johnnie
This was the most awful low quality wig I every purchased. This use to be a great company back in the days and I was hoping it was still good. I cant believe you as a company purchased this wig, looked it over and still decided to sell it to your customers. It was poor quality and looked nothing like this pick except for the frizziness, look closer and it's there. I returned the same day I received it for a refund and I was told then it was a on sale and couldn't get a refund so not only poor quality, poor customer service. What I received wasn’t what was pictured in the catalog or online. So I googled it, the color was at the wig.shop. The only recent I didn’t return it was because it was a gift from my husband and it would have hurt him. He didn’t know about color selection. What he selected was what he thought was in the picture. You should advertised the colors available. I have bought many wigs over the years from ESP. Yours and this is the first time I was greatly disappointed. I received color 2 which I hate.Donnie R.

So ridiculously pleased with this topper, it's given me back my confidence and I genuinely feel like a new person. Went for the dark brown, 4.7 inch * 5 inch base, 12 inches long. I was scared about dyeing the topper to match my own hair colour incase it wrecked it, so I took the topper to my hairdresser and she matched my bio hair exactly to the topper, and she also cut it into shape for me too. Feel completely confident that no one would know I'm wearing a topper. Having looked at the extortionate prices on other websites, this piece is a genuine bargain as silk bases usually cost hundreds.
