The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. My mom gave Solana to me, because she wasn’t really feeling the color on her. I think this color is called “Chocolate Flamboyage” and when I first tried her on I too wasn’t 100% in love with this color as well, and being new to wearing synthetic wigs I really didn’t know what to do with it either lol. I watched many reviews on this wig on YouTube and it looked too good to be true. Well let me tell you, this is the best synthetic blend wig that I have ever purchased. The invisible lace is easily customizable with the right tone wig cap or the foundation method. The realistic hair line that comes pre plucked is done so well people cant beleive its a wig! The parting space is amazing, wide and deep giving you so many versatile looks while remaining realistic. If I can point out any cons it would be that you will have to secure the ear tabs down otherwise they will lift up whenever you flip your hair or the wind blows. The ear tabs do actually come ear to ear. The hair tends to easily get tangles as it is a curly synthetic but nothing you cant manage. I recommend treating each ringlet grouping as a stand slone and comb through one at a time, it really comes out beautifully and can look brand new every time. I also find that a little hair product helps keep the frizz at bay. Other than that this wig is top notch and can definitely last you a while with proper care. I get so many compliments and "thats a wig" comments that even with the slight cons it still gets a 5 star rating. I will be ordering this wig again!Angel W.

This wig is legit! The color blend is amazing. The face framing blonde highlights gives this unit the perfect pop of color without feeling like you’re over doing it. (Not that I mind being over the top). Definitely recommend this unit.the hairline and preplucking is to perfection. I placed a order on 4/18/22 order #93337 for Outre Mariella the wrong color when I got the package I notice it was the wrong I sealed it back never touched the eig package I when through your return policy emailed for instruction was replied back by one your employee by the name Paula never gave me my refund. I returned your product on the timely manner. I am due a refund please help. I have made several orders since then order #93742. 96034. 97680. 98198 and 94128. If I wasn’t experienced in wearing wigs, this would have been a really frustrating and disappointing purchase. As soon as I took the hair out of the box, the ends seemed really tough and frizzy, to the point where the comb gets stuck. Because the quality is so poor, I ensure extremely gentle combing but somehow one of the tracks has already broken within the first 1-2 weeks. The **** are that once you tint the lace/add makeup and cut your baby hairs, the hairline blends really week and looks realistic. If you’re more of an expert at tailoring your own wigs then this isn’t too bad, but you won’t be able to wear it for too long because of the quality. If it was cheaper like the original price in the US then I don’t think I would have minded as much.Danielle C.
