First of all the delivery and service from mankind was excellent as I recieved the product the next day after ordering and it was also very securely packed. The product itself is a lot smaller then I imagined but I feel quality matters over quantity. The scent is nice and pleasant and not too strong, it's not something that you'll smell all throughout the day. It has a very creamy texture to it and the application process to the hair is incredibly easy. It gave my hair a really nice texture and added a little bit of volume, which is great for me as I have very fine hair. It lasts the whole day even when out and about in windy weather. I wouldn't say the hold is high, it felt more like medium as I could still run my fingers through it with relative ease. It felt really soothing and natural in my hair and it's super easy to wash out. A tad expensive for something so small, but the natural ingredients used makes it a big plus for me personally. When this product first arrived I was very disappointed with it, on the jar it stated that it has high hold but when I used it on my mid length (very straight) hair it did absolutly nothing except add a bit of shine and moisture so i threw it in the cupboard for a few months and completely forgot about it. But as autumn started turning into winter and my hair got progressively drier I pulled it out from the cupboard and cocktailed it with claymation to add some much needed moisture to my hair (I recommend giving this a go for anyone with dry hair; it worked very well). After a while i gave it another chance on its own but with the new tactic of NOT EMULSIFYING IT FULLY in my hands but still making sure its spread out evenly so that it can be applied evenly to my hair; this worked much better and ended up giving my hair a really nice bouncy hold and natural shine, i still wouldn't call it high hold but with an apropriate pre styler like OGX argan oil moose it really is all you'll ever need. i am giving it 4 stars because it is a very good styling product once you learn how to use it, it washes out easily and it can really help if you have dry hair however it looses the fith star because it is not obvious enough about how to use itFreddy

I used to use KMS for hair wax for 10+ yrs until they discontinued the product. I found this product and gave it a try. And I was pleasantly surprised. It has a nice light fragrance and has great holding strength. Definitely serves my needs and I will likely buy again. Only drawback is the bottom is a pushup instead of turn and twist so when applying too much pressure, the wax stick gets pushed down into its base. But then all you have to do is push it back up.jhig3349
