This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. I purchased this wig in the honey pecan. I’m a natural dark brunette plus size 23 inch head and this average fit me just fine. The cap is comfortable, natural, soft, and has a nice stretch. Rooting and highlighting is very natural spot on. To keep it out of my eyes, I just use a little clip which makes it look even cuter to put it back. This is a great wig if you want hair to stay out of your face in the summer when it’s hot or while you are busy doing things. I haven’t tried the sweet talk luxury but this one feels so nice I wouldn’t even be inclined to try unless it’s just for fun. Perfect color if you’re a brunette and you want to start going lighter and have it look natural. Will put a review on YouTube under “it’s a wonderful wig” since I love this so much. Beautiful wig in GL14/22SS. This blonde shade is perfect for my natural brunette skin tone (light to medium neutral leaning toward warm). It's not too warm, nor is it too cool, and it doesn't wash me out. I discovered Gabor recently and love the hairline and softly shaded roots of the shaded shades. The hair is soft and fine. This is a cute, lightweight pixie. She's my first experience with a lace front wig, which I find to be a little scratchy but very realistic-looking. The wig has significant permatease, but I can very easily smooth her down somewhat using just my fingers – I imagine I could get her even flatter with a good styling creme. Alternatively, if you want to spike her up, she'll go pretty high with a good shake and some teasing. I also appreciate that the bangs aren't super-long and I don't need to trim them. Although I've never tried Raquel Welch's "Winner," Serving Style seems similar to the basic (non-Elite) version of that wig, with the addition of a lace front for off-the-face styling versatility. I really bought this wig for the colour. The bright red swatch shown is exactly what arrived. I finally found the right shade my husband likes! I would have preferred a different style for this colour but the shade only came in two styles and this one was definitely better of the two. I will wear on occasion for him. There is nothing wrong with this wig, just not the style I prefer. Very good quality. Nice and soft.
I've been wearing this style for the past eight months. My favorite thing about it is the color hazelnut rooted. It is really natural looking with gorgeous highlights. I have three of them now as I wear the oldest one for bicycling tennis etc. They have held up well. I would prefer this color but something a little more "spiky" or edgy. I am going to try Estetica's "Rosa" but doubt that I'll get anywhere near the great color and highlights I've become used to. I also like Date's monofilament top as it certainly looks like a natural skin part. All in all this is a good product!Jan C.
I loved the wig – and wish it came in more red-brown colors. I got one that had too blonde bangs but kept it since I liked it. Ordered another with "flame" highlights that were too vibrant for me to wear. Hope that Ellen Wille will recognize that there are a lot of red-brown haired folks out there who would appreciate some new similar colors.Kathy C.
