Pumpkin Spice and Honey Face Mask

September 18, 2014

Tattooed Martha - Pumpkin Spice and Honey Face Mask (4)

It’s been a little while since I’ve done any DIY beauty tutorials here on the blog and given that we’re in the season for all things pumpkin spice, I thought this would be the perfect return post! Not only does this mask smell (and taste) delicious, but it packs tons of benefits for your skin! Cinnamon and honey are both great for treating acne, reducing the signs of aging, and unclogging pores. Use this mask once a week and your skin will thank you later!

Ingredients:

6 Tbs organic honey

3 tsp ground cinnamon

3 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Mix all ingredients in a small canning jar or other sealing container.

Apply a thin layer to a clean face (avoiding eyes) and leave on for 20 minutes. I recommend draping a towel around your neck because the mask can get a little drippy!

Rinse off with warm water and pat your face dry. Since the ingredients don’t expire you can seal up the remaining mixture and use when you like or mix up a few extra batches to gift to friends and family!

Enjoy!

I like diy facial mask and now using facial mask with oatmeal, egg and apple. The recipe is very easy and effective. Ingredients: Apple, Egg Yolk, Oatmeal. Blend these 3 ingredients well. Spread the mixture all over your face. Let the mixture stay for about 20-30 minutes. Rinse it off with pure water. That’s all. You can try this recipe.
